"You don't want to know the boredom I have to go through whenever I go to a new planet. For years the only things to do are stop at planets to refuel, eat, sleep, watch whatever's on space tv, meditate, or my new favorite, journaling." I said out loud as I scribbled the words down with my left arm.

Now I'm sure you might be thinking, "'Didn't he lose his left arm on Natura?'" Yes, I did, you're not crazy. After some practice, I was able to put some goo over the charred shoulder, giving me my arm back. Now I'm a little smaller, but it's well worth it.

"Stop! Identify yourself! We will disable your ship!"

"It's all very nerve-racking. You should count yourself lucky that you don't have to go through the troubles and you get to read this all from this awesome journal about it. It's one of the greatest things you'll ever see in your miserable lives."

"The hell are you doing?" Bryck said, interrupting my session. "I leave you alone for a year, and you've gone mad doodling in some book!"

"First of all, I haven't talked to you in about a decade," I said, slamming my journal shut. "Second, I'm just doing a little journaling out loud. It's not like there's anyone to hear me."

"It's not good for your mental health for you to be alone like this. It'll drive you crazy."

"I've been traveling the galaxy for decades and just now you're saying something? If I haven't cracked yet after all of this time, I think I'm good." I walked over to the hologramlike map to see where I was. "Besides, you've been in undrupiter for centuries and you seem fine."

"Don't compare yourself to me. I have much more power than you could ever imagine." Bryck said. "Even with all of my powers, I have been worn down over the years. I can't stand it anymore. I am barely holding on to my sanity X. Please find someone to join you, even for a little bit."

"Fine, I'll find someone. I promise." I said. "Now I have to continue my awesome journal."

"Why?" Bryck said with more than a little irritation in his voice.

1.1.2 Crash landing.

"Because after this is all over, I want something to remember this by." I had been writing in my journal for years, charting down my whole history. "Soon, I'll have a whole book's worth of stories about my adventures in space. I thought, it will be something to show to my kids if I want them."

"Kids? That's way down the line X. Check your map to see how close we are."

Before I could ever tilt my head in its direction, the ship suddenly nosedived. I tumbled to the back of the ship, trapped against the wall. Slowly, I started to scratch and claw my way back to the front. Collapsing in the pilot seat, I tried to steer the ship to no avail.

"What did you do X? What's going on X?" Bryck said.

"Well..." I said as the ship plummeted into Celeritas's atmosphere, "I think we have arrived."

I tried to turn back on the ship, but it wouldn't come on. The hell is wrong with this thing? I thought as the ship passed through the clouds and headed straight for a city bigger than anything I had seen before.

There was no time for me to leave the ship. I was stuck on it as it crashed down in the middle of a large city. The ship broke into pieces immediately when it hit the side of a building and plummeted to the ground. If I hadn't been made of goo, I would have been killed under the weight of all of that metal.

The fuel tank had caught fire and started to cover the entire ship. Ignoring that for a moment, I oozed my way through the wreckage to the case where I had left the orb of nature. Placing it inside of me, I worked my way out of the wreckage.
