(Star P.O.V minutes before the arrival)
I woke up with a massive headache. I looked around my surroundings, I see nothing but purple. Looks a lot like Void light. I notice that Spark was lying on the ground, probably unconscious. I picked and gave him a good old shake. He finally wakes up and is pretty piss at me.
Spark: I hate it when you do that Star!
Star: Look around.
Spark takes a second to observe his surroundings.
Spark: W-W-Where are we Star?
Star: I have no idea. But we need to get the hell out of here.
Spark: Do you know how?
Star: If I did, we would been out of this purple hell hole. Spark see if you can get the engines going. I'm pretty sure the Red Legions ships that were following us are still around.
Spark: On it!
After a few minutes on trying to get the power back on the ship started to shake again. Once again a portal started to appear out of no where. When this portal appeared the engines to the ship started to turn on. Good timing also because the Red Legions ships were powering up also to chase us again.
Spark: PUNCH IT!
I immediately put the engines to max and made my way towards the portal. The 2 remaining Red Legion ships were starting to fire at us, causing me to dodge. Eventually we made it through the portal before it closed, but one of the Red Legion ships engines got caught on the other side of the portal as it came through, which cut it off.
(A/N You know how this went, If you don't remember just read the last part)
Once I confirmed the Psion was dead, I turned my attention to the kid behind me. I took off my helmet and began chatting with him.
Star: Civilian! are you alright?
???: Y-Yeah, I'm okay!
He begins to whisper and has his hand up to his ear. Most likely communicating to someone else through comms. I started to do the same with Spark.
Star: Spark, hack into his comms. I want to listen in on his conversation. This kid seems fishy to me.
Spark: On it!
After a few seconds I can hear this kid talking to some girl on his comms.
???: Kotori! We have a problem. This Spirit is a dude.
Star: Spirit?
Kotori: Don't worry Shido. We are having a vote on what you should say to him.
I put my helmet back on and listened in on this before I started talking again.
Star: Don't bother.
The kid looks at me with a surprised face.
Star: I take it your name is Shido? and your little friend on the opposite end of your comm network is Kotori? Correct?
Shido: H-How did you know?
Star: *chuckles* It's quite simple Shido. I am a Guardian. We adapt to any type of situation. Not only that I have a friend that can hack pretty much anything.
Kotori: What is your name?
Star: If you want to know my name girly. Earn my trust.
I turned around and starts to walking towards my ship.
Star: Spark, change my armor to the Dragonfly Regalia armor please.
Few seconds later my armor around me starts to glow and my Dragonfly Regalia appeared around me.

Shido: Wait! How can I earn your trust?
I turned around and gave him my full attention.
Star: Do something that a Guardian would do.
And with those few words, I started to run and jumped into the air. Being transmated into my ship. Then I began to explore the area.
(Third person P.O.V location Last City with Ghaul)
Ghaul: Do you see, Traveler... all that I have done. Grace me with your Light. Take your place at the center of my empire! See me, and the Red Legion will be your true Guardians.
Counselor: Dominus!
Ghaul doesn't turn around but instead just stares at the Traveler. And listens to what the Counselor has to say.
Counselor: The city is secure. Those who fled are being hunted... and those foolish enough to remain have been executed. Victory, as with all things, is yours to claim.
Ghaul: This victory is as much yours as mine, old friend.
Counselor: All that remains is the completion of the cage around this great machine. Then we may begin the extraction of its power and put it to its rightful use.
Ghaul: They call it the Traveler.
Counselor: I would contend that other civilizations may be more precise in their naming. Its functions can be controlled and exploited... as we have so clearly proven.
Ghaul: Yet they believe it to be a god.
Counselor: Dominus -- Ghaul. We have spent our lived, you and I, working to reshape our seciety... reforge our people... rebuild an empire nearly destroyed by Calus's greed and corruptions. There is nothing in this universe greater than you! The Red Legion will have that machine's power. You will be called Emperor! What more would the Dominus have?
As the Counselor finishes that sentence Ghaul would turned around.
Ghaul: I would have words with my guest.
The ceiling near Ghaul starts to open and reveals the Speaker.
Ghaul: So, you're the one who speaks for the Traveler.
Sorry for the short chapter! I had a little bit of writer block and real life stuff to do. I will do my best to make it up in the next chapter!
