Percy's POV
We were woken up by Frank at the kitchen, making what I suppose were scrambled eggs? There was a delicious smell coming out from the apartment next door. I went to change my clothes. I went for a grey long sleeved shirt and black jeans as well as my white sneakers. I 'tried' to comb by hair, and by try I mean combing it gor 1 second and rush to the door. My fellow mates were ready so the walk to school began.
It was 8 on the dot. We went to the office to get our lockers and schedules. It was near the library and when we passed by, I heard a beautiful voice singing in there while a guitar played. I remembered the voice yesterday from next door. Could it be the girl from yesterday? No it couldn't.
The bell rang at 8:05 and the halls began to be filled by students. As soon as I asked a blonde girl with REALLY short shorts and a stripped cropped top for directions, the madness of that The Olympians were at Goode HighSchool began. "Oh my! How rude of me! My name's Emma Groves, call me handsome" She said as she walked away.
If there's something I hate is girls who cake their faces in makeup every morning. There was another blonde girl standing in front of her locker with her sight locked on her book.
"Hey, do you know where Mr. Brunner's class is?" I asked politely
"Down the hall to the left" She said without even looking away from her book.
"Thanks!"
"No problem." She said before disappearing in the sea of students.
I walked to the classroom with my friends. We all had the same home room class. I opened the door to find the girl I asked for directions sitting in the last row, her eyes still focused on the book. Her face was up and it was the only girl that I met that didn't scream because it was me. Now I remember her! She was the girl from yesterday. Man she really was beautiful.
