The singer and the nerd

Chapter 7~

Percy's POV 

When class was over, Jason came over to us while he hugged a girl that looked peculiarly like him. "I see you've already made a friend..." Frank says

"Guys, meet my twin sister Thalia"

"I'm the oldest." She replies laughing.

"We're twins." Jason tries to reason with her.

"I was born 1 minute before you were!" She yells.

"Anyways, you guys wanna sit with me and my friends?"

We all nod and follow her. We go get lunch and we then follow Thalia. She leads us to a table at the back where a blonde who is reading a book, a girl with a Native American appearance who is playing with her fork, a girl with curly cinnamon hair which is scrolling her phone, a girl with amber reddish hair which is eating a bag of chips while she talks with a boy with olive skin, black hair and black eyes.

"I see you already made a friend." The girl with cinnamon hair answers

"Oh him? This is just my cute lil' bro!"

She asks if we can sit with them and after no answer she says we can.

I sit next to the blonde girl. She takes a bite of her lunch and then looks at me. I think she didn't notice we were there. Her stormy grey eyes sparkle like a billion thunders were dying to drain a storm. She turns her head around quickly when the boy calls her Annabeth.

I vaguely remember that name.... but That is indeed a pretty name. After school, my friends and I were on front of the apartment when Annabeth walked with 2 little boys and a baby that looked like her in a baby carrier. I suppose they were her siblings.

She closed the door but you could hear through the window which was casually the one in my room. She was in most of my classes and with the 7 homeworks we had, she did them at the speed of light before going to help her brothers.

I don't know about you, but from now on, she'll be my idol, even though she has no clue how I am with a 99.99% chance of loosing the ability to think properly when she's around.
