Adam eventually excused himself to begin making dinner. The rest of the group hadn't made it back yet and that was starting to worry Tim. He sat at the kitchen table sipping a glass of tea while Adam rushed around the kitchen. Tim looked over the blond. He was maybe half an inch shorter than himself. Blond hair falling below his shoulder blades. He was too thin for his build. Adam's parents being to blame for that.
Adam seemed a little too pale, probably from not spending any time outside. Tim noted he had the most perfect, kissable lips. The brunette's favorite part of Adam, though, was the striking blue eyes. He could read the blond solely through his eyes, Tim would put money on it. They were so expressive and sucked him in the second they looked at one another.
It dawned on Tim that the blond didn't have any clothes at all with him. Just his pajama bottoms and a raggedy t-shirt. It had to be at least three days since he's last had a bath at the very earliest. Tim got up to see if he had anything the blond might be able to wear. Most of his pants would be too big around the waist but his t-shirts should fit. He'd have to ask Austin about borrowing a pair of sleep pants.
Sitting back down, he sighed. There was the most perfect person he'd ever met and he was so fucked up he would probably never even be willing to get into a relationship. Much less with another man. There was so much they didn't know about one another.
"Adam? How old are you?" Tim called out, bringing the blond out of his thoughts.
"I just turned 18 in April."
Tim's jaw hit the floor. This kid was only 18? It angered him to know Adam never really had a childhood or teenhood. It angered him to know he'd been abused his entire, short life. In his anger, he slammed his fist on the table. Adam jumped and dropped the spoon in his hand. Tears immediately sprung to his eyes.
"Oh fuck." Tim blurted out as he stood up, "I'm so sorry, Adam. I didn't mean to frighten you."
Adam couldn't look the brunette in the eyes as he walked over. The fear was written all over Adam's face and Tim felt incredibly guilty for causing it. He cautiously moved closer to the blond, resting his hands on Adam's hips, and stared at him.
"Adam, listen to me. I didn't mean to scare you. I got lost in my thoughts and slammed my hand on the table in anger. I'm not mad at you in any way, ok?" Tim calmly stated, "Please look at me. (Tim waited for the blond to do so) I am very sorry. I didn't mean it."
"I...I know." Adam stuttered, "W...wh...what made you angry?"
Tim couldn't take it and snaked his arms around Adam, pulling him closer.
"Thinking about your young life and how you've been treated. How you never really had a childhood. How many things you've missed out on." Tim rested his head against the blonde's, "It makes me angry to think that you were being used as a slave. I am in no way angry at you or with you. OK? I want you to understand that."
They stood there in silence for a few minutes. Adam was lost in Tim's scent and trying to calm himself down. The sound of motorcycles could be heard so Tim pulled away. 'I'll never hurt you.' Tim whispered before kissing Adam's forehead. The brunette let Adam go, grabbed his glass, then moved into the living room. Chance walked in first and sat down in the lone chair again. The other three were close behind.

Adam didn't think he'd ever get used to eating at the dinner table again. If he was allowed to eat, his parents made him sit on the floor and they'd toss food to him like a dog. The biker group were leaving again that night "for work". Once again, Adam was left to his own devices. Tim had quietly told Adam to just relax while they were gone. There was no housework that needed to be done. He reiterated there were a few books in his bedside table if he wanted to read.
