Chapter 8

*Billies pov*

I walked upstairs with a wet cloth for anya's cut.
"Anya, do you want some tea?" I call from down the stairs.
No reply.
"Anya!" I call again.
Still No reply. I run upstairs and when I get into the bedroom Anya is lying on the floor. Shit! I go into panic mode and throw the cloth on the floor.
I try to sort out my thoughts.
"Okay so." I say to no one as a bend down and check if she's breathing.
Okay. It's good, she's breathing. Still, it's not the best of situations!
I reach into my pocket and take out my phone. Damn it. No battery!
I run into the next room and pull the phone off its cradle.
What's the number again? Crap,I knew this! OH YEAH! It's 999! How the hell did I forget that? My brain is still in shock.
I type 999 into the phone and after After seconds A few seconds I hear "hello, 999 emergency services what are you in need of?"
"An ambulance, my friend hit her head and she's passed out. Please, please come quickly!" I tell them the address and pace around for a few minutes till I hear the sirens coming down the street.

*matts pov*

Billie and Anya weren't at Aimee's car so Im on my way back to James and anya's place and the guitar is safely in the car and ready to be delivered to James. As I turn the corner, I see an ambulance parked outside James' place, sirens off but the lights are still flashing. I run towards the ambulance but no ones in there yet. The front door to their house is wide open.
Oh god! oh god!
They start to wheel out a stretcher and I can't quite make out who's on it, as they are surrounded by nurses and ambulance drivers. Then I see billie walking behind. Thank god! Nothing's happened to her! But that means... Anya!
I run over and as they out Anya inside the ambulance I catch a glimpse of her face. Eyes closed and a huge cut down her head. It's such a traumatising view.

Billie runs into my arms.
"Oh god matt! It's my fault!" She starts crying as I hold her.
"Woah, honey. It's not your fault! What happened?" I ask.

She opens her mouth to start to tell me what happened but gets interrupted by the ambulance driver.
"Erm, are either of you coming down?" He says in a super deep voice.
I look at Billie. She looks at me.

"I'll stay." Billie says
"You sure?"
"Yeah, I'll call James. And Freddie and the others y'know."

"Alright." I say and kiss her on the head.
I hop into the back of the ambulance and sit next to where Anya is lying.
As we drive away, I watch Billie. She's so upset about this, as am I. But I couldn't imagine how I would feel if it were billie in Anya's condition at the moment.
Oh god. James. This is gonna kill him.
