"Oh there you are, what's taking so long?"

My mum looks over to the bag that I was holding.
"Looks like you didn't just buy apples and milk. What else did you buy?"
"Uhh, ice cream?"
"How much did that cost?"
"$1 each."
"And how much did you buy."
"10?"
"Why did you buy that much? What are you even going to do with it?"
"Eat it."
"Sigh, okay how much did the whole thing cost?" she takes out her wallet.
"$19.10."
"Here, keep the change," she hands me a $20 bill. Nice i got an extra 90 cents. Always save up your money kids, you never know when you need them.
"Also go give an ice cream to your sister."
"But the ice cream was all for me."
"Give her one," she said sternly.
"Fine."
I walked to the couch where my sister was.
"Yo Youngmi, catch."
Her head spun to where I was and the ice cream hit her on the forehead.

"Why would you even throw ice cream?" she rubbed head forehead while picking up the ice cream.
"Cause why not. Anyways it has a cover around it so its fine."
"Anyways, who was that guy with you?" she takes off the cover of the ice cream and starts to devour it.
"What?" I look anywhere but my sister.
"Hmm, do you perhaps like him?"
"WHAT! What do you mean? I don't like anyone."
"Love your reaction. Anyways he's from our school, yeah?"
"Yep."
"How come I haven't seen him."
"That's what I was thinking when I bumped into him."
I got rid of the cover on my ice cream and started to head off to my room.
I look at the ice cream again before I take a bite.
Flashback
"Do you hear that Hyerim?"
"Mhmm," we both nodded our heads. We knew what to do.
We rushed to my mum since Seungmin was at my house.
