The next morning, Sweet-Pea and I pull up outside my house and get off the bike.

"I always feel like an asshole not giving you my helmet." He tells me.

"Yeah, well I'd rather you not get hurt. I'm a lot less breakable than you." I laugh.

"True." He says, attaching said helmet to his bike.

"Listen, Sweet-Pea. Thank you for-"

"Don't thank me, Logan. I care about you, of course I'm going to come and help you if you're crying in the street in the middle of the night." He says, I hug him, and he kisses the top of my head.

"C'mon, lets sort you and Jughead out." He says.

When we get inside, Jug's passed out sitting up on the couch almost as if he'd been waiting for me to come home.

"Jughead?" I ask, He jolts awake and looks shocked to see me.

"Logan, thank god." He says.

"Where's Betty?" I ask.

"Oh, um. Betty was really angry at me for what I said. She made me take her home." Jughead says.

"I dunno dude, I'm pretty fucking angry with you too." Sweet-Pea interjects, I grab his arm.

"Logan. I'm so sorry, I can't believe I said what I said. I don't know what came over me and I really can't emphasize enough that I didn't mean what I said." Jughead apologises.

I leave Sweet-Pea's side, and gently sit next to Jug on the couch.

"Jug, I was- am really hurt by what you said. I know I'm not the perfect alpha, or friend, or second in command. I'm sorry for that, but you're my best friend and best friends aren't supposed to throw things in each other's faces like that-"

"That's the thing, I didn't mean it. I don't even remember saying it! I remember getting angry with you and then you were gone, and Betty was crying and telling me if I didn't take her home she was walking because she couldn't believe I'd spoke to you like that." Jug tells me.

"I didn't think you would." I say softly.

"Betty told me what I said when I called her after I got home, and I promise you. I swear to you, I didn't mean it because I have never looked down on you for your depression. I think you're brave, actually. Even though you wanted to die, and trust me I know you did, you stayed alive, you tried to help me, I've never seen someone fake being okay while teaching someone something so difficult so convincingly. I'm sorry I said what I said. The wolf in me won last night and I'm sorry." Jug says, my eyes begin to water.

"It was the full moon." Sweet-Pea interjects.

"I know you didn't mean it, Jughead. Stiles always told me horrible things Malia and Scott said to him when they were learning. I usually have much thicker skin than that. But the full moon still affects me too." I say.

"So, you forgive me?" Jug asks.

"I forgive you." I say, he hugs me.

"But just because you have claws and fangs now doesn't mean I'm not going to beat the crap out of you if you make her cry again, Jones." Sweet-Pea adds.

"Thanks for being there, Sweet-Pea." He says, Sweet-Pea nods.

"Well, I say you go apologise to your girlfriend for being mean to me, get her here and then we figure out what to do about this apparent hunter situation." I say.

"Good idea." He says, he goes into his room to get his keys probably.

"What are you gonna do?" I ask Sweet-Pea.
