The next day, I'm at Betty's place with her, getting ready for the bonfire. After I'd left Sweet-Pea's place, I went home to grab a shower and got changed, so now I lay stretched across Bettys bed fully dressed while she picked her clothes. I assume her outfit will be a lot more colourful than my black laced crop top and black demin jeans with my Serpent jacket over top.

"Glad to see you and Sweet-Pea are good." Betty says.

"Me too, last night was something else, B. He... He told me about his parents." I tell her, she looks at me with a shocked expression.

"He did?!" Betty says

"And I told him... About my attempt." I say softly, Betty drops the jacket she held out of shock and sits down next to me.

"That's big, Logan. Not many know about that." Betty says, I nod.

"You, FP, Gladys, Jughead and now Sweet-Pea." I say.

"I'm proud of you for talking about it to someone, Logan. I know that's not something you like talking about." Betty says.

"Thanks B." I say, she hugs me before getting off the bed to pick up the jacket and continue getting ready.

"Oh, by the way... Do you know if Weatherbee's office has cameras?" I ask her.

"I don't know... I don't think so. Why?" Betty asks.

"No reason, just wondering." I lie, biting my lip.

"You're lying." She states.

"Nothing gets passed you, huh Nancy Drew?" I laugh.

"What happened?" She asks.

"I don't think you wanna know..." I laugh, Betty's eyes widen.

"Is THAT where you and Sweet-Pea went?! Logan you did not?!" Betty gasps, I laugh, and she throws a pillow at me.

Once Betty's ready, we head downstairs. She wears her striped shirt and overalls, she looks cute.

"Betty?" Alice calls.

"Yeah mom?" Betty calls back.

"Be safe and have fun." Alice asks.

"Yeah, I'll see you later." Betty says.

"I love you!" Alice calls.

"Love you too mom!" Betty says and head outside and take off in the jeep.

"I have a bad feeling about tonight for some reason." I sigh.

"Why? Because we still haven't figured out who the hunters are? Do you think they'll show up?" Betty asks.

"I meant just generally but thank you for the reminder, B." I chuckle nervously.

"Sorry. I'm sure it'll be fine." Betty tries to assure me, but it's too late, I'm stressing.

Once we arrive, Betty and I head over to where Jughead, Sweet-Pea, Toni, Cheryl and Fangs are. The 3 boys are setting up the bonfire while Toni and Cheryl are fluttering around putting out food and drinks. FP and Archie are hovering over the grill, Gladys and Jellybean sit chatting to each other. Even some of the Bulldogs are here, tossing a football with some serpents.

"We've arrive, your lives just got better." I joke, approach my friends. Sweet-Pea turns and smiles.

"Do you guys need any help?" Betty asks.

"Nah we're good, thanks Betty." Fangs says

Once the boys have the fire going, I put on some music and take a seat in Sweet-Pea's lap, there's random seating scattered all over the campsite and our group of friends sit together, laughing, some drinking, some smoking, but everyone seems to be enjoying themselves.
