Tyra's P.O.V.
I was on my way home. Derek went to help Scott with Liam and I was with Deaton getting answers. I suddenly got this weird feeling. Something's wrong. All I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder.
"Aah!" I screamed out in pain as I hit the brakes on the car. I grabbed onto my shoulder and lifted my shirt to check for an injury. But strange enough, nothing was there. That's weird. That usually wouldn't happen unle- Brett! He's in trouble!
I hurriedly jumped out of my car into the pouring rain and ran full speed to the school. When I got there I flipped over the fence, landing perfectly, and bolted for the field. When I got there I saw Brett and some other girl standing in the middle with red dots pointing at them.
I picked up my pace and ran until I reached the two. I put my hand out in front of Brett just in time to catch the flying arrow headed straight for his heart. Just then Kira showed up with her katana.
I turned back to Brett and the girl and yelled "Run!" They took off running and I turned back to the flying arrows. Catching each one while Kira sliced them in half.
When the arrows stopped, I turned to Kira.
"Go bring them and the others to the Animal Clinic. I'll meet you there after I deal with them. Take the car." I told her.
"Are you sure you can take them all?" she asked. I nodded and she hesitated before leaving. I turned back around to face the attackers. They pointed their guns at me, ready to shoot.
I flashed my eyes and brought out my fangs and claws and roared at them. Running up to them while dodging bullets, I tackled one of them to the ground. I took off the guy's mask to reveal a scared looking man.Lifting my hand up I brought it back down, slashing the guy's throat open, blood splattering on my face. I looked up at the others that were pointing guns at me. There were four more. I growled and leaped up at them.
I took them down just as easily as the first one. Each one falling to the ground as I ripped their throats. By now I was covered in blood and it had stopped raining a little. It was only lightly sprinkling.
I ran back to the clinic and burst through the door. Heads turning as they heard me walk in. I was met with shocked faces as I walked into he back room.
Derek slowly walked up to me.
"What happened?" he asked, examining my blood stained face.
"You killed someone. Didn't you?" Scott asked. I looked down.
"It wasn't my first time. And I'm not proud of it. But I had to." I answered. Derek grabbed my hand and brought me over to a sink. He wet a cloth and wiped the blood off my face.
"Are you okay?" He quietly asked. I grabbed is hand from my face and held it.
"Right now...Very." I said, wrapping my arms around him. He hugged me back and kissed my forehead. I let go and looked to Brett who happened to be staring back at me.
"You saved me." he said. " How did you know where I was?"
"Do you remember what I did to you back at the school?" I asked. "You're my beta now. I will know everything." I turned to the woman. "Sorry Satomi. He's mine now."
"But why?" she asked.
"Let's just say his actions weren't very smart and he owed me a little favor." I answered.
"Are we safe here?" the girl that was with Brett asked. Scott looked around at everyone and then turned to us.
"We're gonna need help. A lot of help." he said.
