Before Logan really knew what he was doing or found out a game plan, he found himself in the nostalgic room that belonged to Patton. Patton was watching a few memories, happily living his best life in the mindspace. Patton noticed he wasn't alone and looked up from his memory binge  to see someone unexpected. He gasped and did a little fanboy squee before sprinting up from his position and skipping over to him excitedly.

"Logan! I didn't expect you to visit me! Is there anything you needed?"

Great. This was so uncharacteristic for Logan to not have anything prepared. What should he even say to him? Should he just be straight with him? Scratch that. Logan isn't straight. But the idiom still stands. Should he just flat out tell him his concerns? That's the best way to not cause any miscommunication. That's the thing he's trying to avoid in the first place. Logan swallowed whatever pride he had and just went on with it.

"Actually, Yes. I feel as though I haven't been contributing my fair part in this relationship and I wanted to fix that before any negative habits or scenarios construct themselves."

Patton cocked his head to the side, confused with all his fancy words and phrasing. Patton seemed to get it after a moment and his bright smile made the sun itself jealous. Logan pushes up his glasses, feeling a tad bit flustered. Again, emotions and love was new for the logical and practical side. He didn't know he could feel these things, but surprise surprise he did now. But only when it came to his fellow sides. We don't need to get into Why this is possible. Just go with it. This is a crappy fanfiction things aren't supposed to make sense.

"You wanted to spend time with me! Awww, that's so sweet Logan! I don't have anything I really want to do but If there's something you want to do I'm happy to do it!"

Patton jumped over to him and slung his arms around his neck, doing the cliche pose where he Holds onto him like that with his leg up. His glasses were falling off a bit and he was wearing the Cat Hoodie he got him from a previous Sanders Sides video around his neck instead of his usual gray hoodie. He must really treasure the gift he bought for him. It made Logan feel a bit glad. No, he was glad. Not just a bit glad.

"Well, since I am lacking any and all experience in the fields of love and affection I was hoping you could demonstrate how I should display my affections to you and possibly everyone else in our multiphilic relationship."

Patton needed another moment to process whatever Logan was trying to say. Logan waited patiently. A good thing about being the logic side: he was patient. When Patton finally got it he was surprised with a Boop on the nose and a kiss on the cheek. Logan felt quite flustered, but he tried his best not to let it show too much. Patton giggled at seeing the honeyglow in his cheeks. WHAT UP WRECK-IT-RALPH REFERENCE!? WHAT UP SUPERWOMAN REFERENCE!?

"Hugs and Kisses always make everyone happy! Besides, all I really need is for you to be there for me Lo-Lo. Hey! I have an idea! Roman showed me how to conjure puppies! I found this really cute Lab from the Dream Realm I fell in love with! I named her Cocoa and I want you to meet her! Come on!"

Patron grabbed Logan by the wrist and led him to a corner of his room that was cleared except for a bunch of puppy toys all surrounded by a little puppy gate. Logan just let this whole episode vent play out. Patton brought him inside the gate and closed it behind him. Patton fell onto his bottom, having his legs criss-cross-applesauce and smiling. He patted the floor next to him. Logan sat down next to him and suddenly Patton had a dark brown colored Labrador retriever in his arms.

Logan remembers this specific puppy. Thomas was out on a date with his boyfriend a year six months five days and seven hours ago. They were talking about pets and children and they went to a pet store for fun. This one had to be Thomas's fsvorite to have such a prominent memory of it. Patton probably doesn't remember that, but Logan does. Thomas needed Logan to decide if getting a Puppy would really be the best thing for his future. Building his future always calls upon Logan.

"Cocoa! Say hello to Papa Logan!"

Logan was confused at the nickname. Maybe it implied that he was a second father to the puppy? He wasn't sure. Logan took the puppy into his hands. He looked in the milk chocolate eyes of the dark chocolate hued puppy. The puppy barked happily and licked  Logan's knows before helping happily. Logan couldn't help but smile. Logan set the smal, canine down and reached over for one of the chew toys. The Puppy seemed really excited. Logan glanced over at Patton, who was trying not to squeal. He gave him a go ahead gesture. Logan tossed the toy to the other side of the playpen and the puppy went to fetch it.

"Awww! Lo-Lo And Cocoa Are playing fetch! I'm going to remember this forever!"

Logan had a small smile and tried to take the toy from Cocoa after she brought it back. However, Cocoa didn't want to give it up easy. She jerked away when Logan put his hand in the toy, catching him off guard and causing him to fall forward in his sitting position. Logan looked at the Puppy, wager to play. Cocoa wanted to play this game didn't she. Logan out his other hand one the toy and instantly tug of war became the game. Logan knew tugging to hard and violently could damage the poor puppy's dental structure so he made sure he was being gentle. But that meant that Logan couldn't win. Cocoa emerged victorious and squeaked the toy before retreating to the other side of the playpen to enjoy her toy. Logan sighed, sitting back. Patton grabbed his arm and snuggled himself up against him.

"I love you Logan."

Logan remembered what Patron said earlier. Hugs and kisses. Okay, that seems doable. Logan craned his neck over and pressed a small peck to the top of Patton's head. Then he reached over his other arm, repositioning his torso to face Patton, to take him into a big hug. Logan felt very wholesome after doing this. Before he knew it, the words spilled out of his mouth calming,y and soothingly.

"I love you too, Patton."
