The Way We Breathe

Here's a tale about me and you

I'm also the most lonely and sad

I'm a master of sadness-immersing myself in it.

Dive into it

Feeling every sense of it

Uniting its numerous strands

Appreciating its subtle nuances.

I'm a prism,

through which sadness could be divided into its infinite spectrum.

I never pull people into my infinity longing.

I never touch their peaceful souls.

I never beg for help to drag me out of these blues.

But somehow,

Some of them interested to walk into the spectrum

Interested to feel the same tingle

Interested to dive into the same space.

One of them is you.

The one who stay is you.

But what can i do?

I'm a melancholy poetry

and

you're a beaming song.

Among the dimness of me,

The desolation

The sorrow

You sing beautifully

Spreading happiness,

blessings,

mildness,

among the dead roses.

You are like a beam of light

flying here and there

stroking my fragile wall

hugging my lonely soul.

And with your touch,

with your kiss on my chest

with your soul in mine,

I feel life and death.

All at once.
