"If I could go back in a time machine, I would have walked over this bitch and kept it moving."

Houston

After hanging up the phone with Kori, I felt myself getting angry.  I was tired of this girl and if it wasn't for my son Dallas, I would have had my sister kick her ass.  I don't believe in violence, but this girl makes me want to put my hands on her.

"Uggh!  I wished I would have never met this damn woman. I wished I would have never married her."  I yelled.

Let me introduce myself.  My name is Houston Woodson and I am thirty-three years old father of a wonderful, handsome, eight-year-old son, named Dallas, that I had with my bitter ass ex-wife Kori.

I should have listened to my mother when she told me not to marry this damn woman.  It was something about her that made me believe everything that she said.  So many people told me not to do it, but I was so in love with her that I didn't see that she was evil and vindictive.

It seemed like she was hell bent on making my life a living hell and boy was it working.  I mean why in the fuck was she doing this?  It was her fault that I divorced her ass, yet she is bitter as fuck.

"So, what did she say babe?  Can Dallas come and stay the night with us?"  My girlfriend Delvyn asked me as she walked up behind me.

I turned around and I saw her demeaner change so I guess my face told the story.  I looked down trying not to cry but damn a nigga was feeling some type of way about not seeing my son.

I felt a pair of arms wrapped around my waist and a head in my back.

"I'm sorry baby.  I know that you were hoping that you could get munchkin.  I don't understand why the hell she is being so dirty."  She said, and I heard her sniffle.

I knew that she was trying not to show me she was crying.  Delvyn loved Dallas and so did her children.

I met Delvyn a year ago at the grocery store.  I took one look at her and knew then I had to have her.  She was the most beautiful woman that I have ever seen.  She was like the perfect woman.

She was a plus size beauty.  I mean big ass, wide hips and very small waist.  I looked at her long, thick hair, that was in a high ponytail, and her deep brown eyes.  I was like this is my wife.

I walked up to her and started a conversation and the next thing I knew I was meeting her family and she was meeting mine.  After that, we moved in together.  Everyone loved her and that was a plus in my book.  After everything that happened with Kori, I didn't think I could trust another woman, but she has proved me wrong on so many levels.

I dated other chicks since my divorce but with Devlyn, I knew that she was the one.

I wanted to marry her, and I was going to ask her.  I've already asked her family and they were excited.  Now I just had to ask her.

"Baby, did you hear me?"  She said breaking me out of my thoughts.

"No, I'm sorry.  I was thinking about something else.  What did you say baby?"  I said turning to face her.

"I was asking were you hungry?  I can order something if you have a taste for something.  We don't have to go out tonight."  She said.

That is one thing that I loved about Delvyn.  She always thought about others and their feelings.  I just looked at her and smiled.

"Why are you looking at me like that Houston?"  She said with a smile of her own.

"I am just looking at the most beautiful woman in the world right now."  I said, and she started laughing her cute laugh she has.
