"What are you saying, oppa? Staying in Gyeonggi? You must be joking right?!"
Sooyoung is baffled over his words.
"Yes, Sooyoung-ah. I will stay here until you recover wholly."
He explains to her.
"No, no. You don't have to go this far. Listen, oppa, I am not alone here anymore. Mom and Yeri have already in here, so you don't have to worry about me,"
"You stop being disobedient, Park Sooyoung! Your mom and Yeri are still unfamiliar with everything here. If you don't like any help from me, then please take it as me helping your family,"
"But, you can just visit me once in a while. I promise you I will recover fast, okay? I don't want to give you any trouble. And how about your work? Think twice over it, oppa,"
"I have handled everything, so you don't need to worry. I will still stay here no matter what."
He insists.
"Now, here, take your medicine,"
Sungjae then helps Sooyoung to take on her medicine.
And after that, strangely they both stay silent. No one initiates the conversation.
"Oppa,"
"Eoh? Wae? Do you need something?"
"Nope,"
Sooyoung doesn't know how come they are so awkward like this.
She has many questions in her mind, and wants to ask them all to Sungjae.
But, she is hesitating to do it.
Sungjae sees something strange with her, and worriedly asks her,
"Are you really okay? Are you sleepy, huh?"
She shakes her head.
"Then, what is it? Tell me,"
He urges her to tell him what has bothered her mind.
"Oppa, why you don't ask me anything?"
"Anything? Asking you about what?"
"About all of these. Stop pretending. I know you are curious about everything,"
He smiles a little.
"You don't need to tell me anything, Sooyoung-ah,"
"Why?"
"Because I already know everything,"
She lowers her head, while playing with her fingers.
"A-a-are you disappointed on me?"
"Why should I?"
"Just, hmm, because I have deceived you,"
"What kind of nonsense are you talking about, huh? Deceiving me?"
She stares at him, and he can see the sadness on her doe eyes.
"Listen, Park Sooyoung. I don't understand what you mean with that. No one is deceiving me, you are not, okay? But, honestly, I was little bit disappointed of you,"
Suddenly, she feels guilty listening to his explanation.
He caresses her rosy cheek.
She is startled by his sudden action, yet she can't deny she finds warmness over his touch.
"You should have told me about your illness,"
He continues the talk.
"I was feeling useless after discovering the truth. I am not quick on catching things, Sooyoung-ah. So, if no one tells me, I would have never known. Although I know that it will be difficult for me to accompany you to the hospital to check up, but at least I could do something little to help you,"
