As the doctor has said yesterday, Sooyoung finally can be discharged from hospital. Her mother and Yeri are coming to pick her up.
And while they are waiting for the taxi, Sooyoung realizes that she forgets to take her cellphone in the room.
"Mom, you and Yeri can go home first. It seems like I left my phone."
"No, Sooyoung-ah. We can wait for you,"
"No need, mom. I can go home by myself, okay?"
After sending her mother and sister to go home first, Sooyoung is going back inside.
On the other hand, Sungjae misunderstands what the nurse has said to him.
He thinks that Sooyoung has passed away.
The nurse is baffled looking at Sungjae's reaction.
"Sir, what happened? Are you okay?"
The nurse asks him, yet Sungjae doesn't answer her.
He is too immersed on his own sadness.
He is suddenly knelt down on the floor and crying the blues thinking Sooyoung has left him.
He keeps calling on her name, until,
"O-o-oppa? Sungjae oppa? What are you doing there?"
Sungjae jumps out of his skin as if he is seeing a ghost.
Meanwhile, Sooyoung is as shocked as he is.
She doesn't expect him coming back to find her.
And there she approaches him,
"Oppa, are you okay? Why are you crying like this?"
She asks him while pats his shoulder lightly.
Sungjae is too astounded to respond her.
"Good heavens! S-sooyoung-ah!!"
"Oppa, wha-t,"
She cannot finish her sentence because Sungjae is pulled her toward him.
He hugs her tightly, very tight,
"I-I thought you left me. Thank God! Sooyoung-ah,"
He keeps calling on her name, and doesn't seem want to let go of the hug.
Sooyoung is at a loss for words.
"Aigo, what have you been thinking, oppa?"
She asks him calmly.
"Bad thought,"
Sooyoung finally understands the bad thought he meant.
"I am not going anywhere, oppa."
She puts her hand on his back, giving him also a warm hug.
"Stop crying! You are embarrassing me,"
She teases him.
Sungjae lets go of the hug for a moment to do double take on the girl in front of him.
How can he burst into tears the moment the nurse mentioned about Sooyoung being gone?
He feels like a fool, yet he doesn't mind that since he really knows what has made him into like that.
Sungjae strokes on her rosy cheek while gazing at her warmly.
At that very moment, Sooyoung then realizes that she is in big trouble now for making the man in front of her worried over her.
She thought Sungjae's feelings for her are temporary.
