It has been two weeks that Sooyoung is unconscious because of her sudden fainting after their Finland trip.
Sungjae has asked Cube some time off to take care of her, and thankfully the management has agreed to his request.
Sooyoung's mother and Yeri also move temporarily to Sungjae's parents' house so that they can go back and forth to the hospital easier.
And one day, when BTOB members come to visit Sooyoung,
"It's heartbreaking to see the always cheery Sooyoung being like this,"
Changsub says.
Sungjae only answers him with a little smile.
"You have done your best to take care of her, maknae-ah,"
Eunkwang adds.
"No, hyung. I haven't done much for her, and I know it still lacks, a lot,"
Others can sense his discontent toward everything.
Hyunsik comes forward, giving Sungjae a pat on his shoulder.
"You should throw away those bad thoughts, Sungjae-ya! Everyone knows you have protected her with your utmost attention, and I bet Sooyoung agrees with all of us,"
Sungjae shakes his head, disagreed to what Hyunsik said.
"No, hyung. Sooyoung must be furious at me right now, for failing to take care of her, to protect her. If not, why she is still sleeping like this? I know she must be mad at me,"
They are all shocked at his words.
Sungjae is always a bright maknae for them, always.
After meeting Sooyoung, he has turned the brightest, and it makes other members delighted of it.

"You are doing good, maknae-ya. Stay strong! Sooyoung needs you to be strong, for her to fight this illness. We know she is also struggled in it."
Ilhoon gives Sungjae an advice.
"You have us, your parents, Sooyoung's mother, and everyone to support you. Don't you ever dare to keep everything by yourself, tell us though we know nothing can console you than her recovery."
