Helena and Merlin left for the bus carrying a shopping bag filled with five shirts, five pairs of pants, and some blue flats, all perfectly fitted.

"Why wouldn't you tell me that the school isn't even called Area 51? I just don't get it," Helena said, frustrated with him.

"Let me explain! The rules say we're not supposed to mention the name of the school outside of the school." He tried to explain. Helena didn't really buy it.

"Why though? Why would calling it Area 51 help at at? If I said that I can't wait to get back to Sagebrush Academy, and no-maj would just think  it's some school they haven't heard of," Helena argued.

"I didn't say it was a good rule. Everyone thinks it's stupid, but I'm a rule follower, so I follow the rule. It's just how I am," Merlin told Helena.

"But why couldn't you at least tell me? Maybe when it was just me and you, and no one else is around," Helena asked him, sounding hurt.

"It was just to be safe. There are stories they tell us about no-majs. They're super violent when they don't understand things. I just don't want anyone to get hurt," he told her, just as they sat by the window in the Sam bus seat they had sit in before.

"I guess that makes sense. Is there anything else you're keeping from me?" Helena asked him. Merlin thought for a minute.

"No, nothing I can think of," he told her. She smiled at him, glad things were back to the way they always were, not knowing that he had lied to her.
