The class essentially ended after that since the charms professor had nothing left to say. He wasn't one to attempt to artificially extend lessons. Once he said what he had planned to, he retreated to the back corner of the classroom to read some book about charms.

They were even allowed to leave early to get the materials they needed from the library before their next class, which happened to be potions.

After quick directions to the library from Drake, they all made it to the library. Helena was one of the first ones in, right behind Mary and Phillip.

"I need a book on the Incendio charm please," Mary told the kind looking libarian. Helena cringed, knowing that had to be the worst possible spell an Aqua could get. The kinda woman handed her a book almost immediately titled The History of Fire Spells. Helena just hoped that wasn't the only copy.

Helena waited for Phillip to ask for his book before then asking the woman for the book she needed.

"Excuse me, I was wondering if you had any books on the Confringo charm," she asked, trying to be polite.

"Well, you have a few options actually," the librarian replied. "You could have the same book I gave that lovely lady over there, or I could give you this book." She held up a brand new looking book titled The Mastery and History of Fire Magic.

"I'll take that one please," Helena said, quickly telling the librarian her name so the book could be checked out by her school account.

Then, realizing she might as well be early to potions, decided to head there instead of starting to read within the library.

Pulling out her schedule, she noted the room number of the potions classroom was close to the charms classroom and headed back in that direction.

The room was empty when Helena arrived, but that didn't surprise her much. According to the classroom clock, she was around fifteen minutes early, and she guessed no one had potions first period on this day.

Normally she'd probably just sit in the classroom, but she was nervous being alone in the classroom. What if she was in the wrong room and got in trouble for skipping class? So instead of staying in the room, which was kind of creepy and dark anyway, she left to go back to the library, figuring she'd tell them she didn't feel like waiting alone by the classroom.

"What are you doing?" a voice asked, making Helena quickly look up from where she was staring down at the ground while walking to the library.

Julie was standing there next to Barney Humpfrey, who she realized were both in Terra. She hadn't really been paying attention to who was in what house, but she guessed they must sort of be friends.

"Hello, are you there Helena?" Julie called again. She hadn't realized she hadn't answered her.

"Oh, sorry. Just lost in thought I guess. Anyway, I just didn't feel like waiting in the potion classroom I guess so I came back here." Helena looked down at her feet again suddenly feeling really awkward around Julie.

"At this point that was kinda pointless. We're all done getting our books. We were all headed up there," Julie said rolling her eyes.

"I mean, I guess so but I didn't know when you guys would be back so I just figured I'd walk back..." Helena trailed off, her cheeks turning bright red.

Julie rolled her eyes and walked quickly towards the hallway that contained the majority of their classes for the day. Barney quickly followed behind her.

Helena waited for a few seconds for Connor to leave the library so she could walk with him.

"Hey Helena," Connor said as soon as he saw her. "Where'd you disappear to?" Helena shrugged, turning a little red again.

"Well I figured I'd go on to potions," she said very quickly. "Then I got there and no one was there and I just figured I'd come back since there wasn't really any point in being there so early."

"Makes sense to me," Connor said, and without another word, they walked to potions behind the rest of the class.
