I sighed and stared at the ceiling. I have been having this strange feeling. My heart always skips a beat everytime our eyes meet. We have known each other for two years and I have always kept my feelings hidden. Everytime we brush past each other, it sends shivers down my spine. Getting too close was an even greater challenge for me.
"Tao." An angelic voice called my name. "Lets go out for lunch."
"Sure." I cleared my throat. "Where to?"
"Where do you want to go?" Kris came closer to me.
'Don't blush. Don't blush. Control your emotions.' These sentences was like a mantra for me everytime Kris gets too near. How can he be so cute and innocent in front of a beast like me?
"The usual place?" I took a few steps back.
"Which usual place?" He came inched closer to me to get rid of the distance between us.
"Our usual place?" I took a few steps back again but I couldn't move anymore.
I cursed as I felt my back against the wall.
"Are you sure?" He closed the gap between us and looked into my eyes.
"Yes?" I began to pale.
"Ah, you're so cute." He pinched my cheek.
