I anxiously waited for night time to come and it finally arrived. I wore my best outfit to impress my love and made my way to his house. I knocked on the door and waited patiently for him.
"Ah, my dear." He hugged me. "Come in."
"Sorry for intruding. Here's something small for you." I blushed.
"A panda? You're so cute." He pinched my cheek. "Thank you."
"You're welcome." I smiled shyly.
"The other one?" He took it from my hand and put both of the soft toys together.
"Ah, its a koala." I fidget on my toes.
"The panda looks like you." He admired.
"And the koala is you." I grinned.
"Awww... So this is a couple?" He bumped my shoulder.
"Ah..." I dragged my words. "I forgot to take the sparkling wine from my car. I'll be right back."
I hastily took the wine from my car and entered the house again.
"Its cold outside isn't it?" Kris took off my coat. "Let's eat dinner. Well discuss the matter later."
"Wow, you made all this?" I marveled at the spread on the table.
"Yes." He pulled out my chair for me.
"Liar. I can do it by myself, thank you." I smiled.
After dinner, we sat in the living room and drank the wine that I brought.
