just to be a complete cliche, they had both decided to watch a horror movie, they had chosen insidious since they had never seen it, as the movie was starting they started to hear moaning coming from downstairs, seungkwan wasn't lying, seokmin was really loud, soonyoung got uncomfortable and pretended he didn't hear anything, but as soon as jihoon heard it, he sighed but was too lazy to even stand up, a few minutes later the sound faded
jihoon stood up to grab some candy to share since he had a lot in his drawer, he hid it there since seokmin and seungkwan would never enter his room, that's why the sign "no minors allowed" was outside his door
he grabbed a bunch of chocolates and gum and threw them on the bed beside soonyoung, the other was a little startled since he was focused on the movie but smiled at him so warmly jihoon could've been burned, he slowly laid down beside him and tried to not be awkward
they were both really quiet as they were watching the movie, soonyoung flinched a bit when screamers came up, but they weren't scared, jihoon once in a while tried to get closer to soonyoung for some heat since his room was always really cold, when the other noticed this, he winked at him and pulled the sheets over himself and jihoon
they both were really comfortable within the movie, when it finally ended they turned on the lights to keep talking
they both sat on the bed in silence, just smiling at each other, jihoon hadn't noticed soonyoung's chubby cheeks till then, they were so cute, and so squishy, when he realized they had been quiet for a while he wanted to make things exciting
"truth or truth?" he asked
soonyoung smiled and said "truth" jihoon had so many things he wanted to ask soonyoung so he just started of by a simple "are you happy?"
soonyoung's smile dropped for a second, but he quickly faked one, jihoon noticed it and frowned, but before he could say anything soonyoung said "i'm okay"
soonyooung was nervous, was jihoon going to ask difficult questions?
"so ji, why are you scared of the dark?"
jihoon giggled and said "i'm not scared of the dark, i'm scared of what could be in it" it was creepy cause he never stopped smiling
soonyoung only nodded, and prepared himself for whatever question jihoon asked next
"what do you think of cats?" he asked
"cute" he replied
they both stayed like that for a while, just asking themselves questions till they started to feel sleepy
soon they both fell asleep in jihoon's bed

tuesday 2:00am
soonyoung woke up to the sound of a loud crash, he was going to wake jihoon up but he couldn't find him
he stepped outside the door to hear seungkwan and seokmin talking although he couldn't actually see them since they were downstairs
"it's them again, aren't they?" seungkwan said with a tone so different from the one he had a couple of hours ago when he met him
"let's not wake up our guests and finish this quickly" seokmin said
soonyoung could swear he heard a gun click followed by hard steps, he followed them downstairs only to see nothing but darkness, the lights were dim so he went upstairs again, he had a bad feeling about what was happening, some minutes later, he heard a gunshot but decided to ignore it out of fear
soon he fell back asleep
