Ten twirled a strand of hair between his fingers and placed it carefully on his forehead.
Hair? Check

He smoothed the wrinkles on his shirt down and tucked it in his pants. "Um...", he voiced his doubts. "No." The shirt untucked, Ten spinned as he heedfully inspected every aspect of his outfit in his mirror.
Clothes? Check

He grabbed one of the bottles of perfume on one of the racks of his etagere and sprayed some on himself. Johnny's favorite perfume of his? Check

He didn't know what else to do now. Johnny and him were supposed to meet up for lunch and Ten was already stressing out. It was only the morning and the man was about to leave for school. His efforts simply could not go to waste.

He didn't have a plan. He wasn't sure if apologizing first thing was the best idea, but he wasn't sure that pretending nothing had happened was the best either. In all honesty, Ten didn't really know why Johnny was behaving strangely. He did have that creeping guilt feeling every time he thought about his birthday party, but it's not like he had never walked in on Johnny getting some. He probably was getting his hopes high though, Johnny had only called about work...

Geez.

Ten probably looked crazy, alone in the bus as he mumbled his problems with an air of confusion on his face.
He didn't care, he just wanted Johnny back.

The real deal was: what did he want him back as?

Even Winwin couldn't answer the question when Ten asked him. Getting his best friend back was a tempting idea, but the boy didn't know if he'd manage to keep his hormones in check, now that he'd seen so much of Johnny.
Then, there was the fuck buddies concept. The first time Winwin had proposed such a thing, the sound of Ten's hand on the other's cheek had echoed in the school hallways. But now... a part of Ten, the same part that liked to watch porn and fantasize about tall men, was starting to think that it wasn't such a bad idea.

The risks were huge, but again, when wasn't Ten willing to risk it all for his favorite giant?

The D-day's morning was uneventful, except for the fidgety Ten that his friends had to deal with. When the clock was about to strike noon, the fidgeting got even worse, driving his seat mates crazier and crazier with every click of his pen.

Finally the bell rang and an expression of dread visibly darkened Ten's made up face. After a detour by the toilets to check, once more, his appearance, Ten was ready to meet up with the American.

He slowly got out of his classroom and advanced with apprehensive strides towards his locker. Already, Johnny's brown mop of hair surpassed the crowd of students, making it easier for the latter to notice him.

At first, Johnny didn't notice Ten, too focused on typing something on his phone, and so Ten just stood a step or so from him. He didn't speak a word and just waited. The more he stared at Johnny, the more on edge Ten felt.

"Oh, great..." the taller of the two muttered, or rather sighed, with a pout as he turned off his phone and put it in his back pocket.

Looking around, he jumped when he saw Ten. "Since when have you been standing here?" He asked.

Equally as surprised, it took some time for the answer to come. "Not so long," he lied easily, "I just got out of class." Johnny hummed in acknowledgment and began walking to the exit.

"You coming?" His demeanor seemed to have changed since the last time Ten saw him, and it left his friend baffled, but in a good way.

"Where are we going?" Ten hurried to catch up with the other male and Johnny inwardly cooed at his cuteness.

"Didn't you ask for a salad?" His tone was smooth, the way he rolled his eyes almost sexy, and Ten gulped nervously.

"Right... my bad." This was going to be a long lunch for Ten.

A/N: finally got some inspiration, as well as some time. I'm really sorry for the delayed update... I hope you enjoy :)
