I followed Kendall to the back of the country club. Everything was out in the open. Everyone starred as I walked by, but I ignored it. I knew Kendall would have wanted me to.
"Where are we going?" I asked. Kendall just looked back at me. "Tell me please." I said.
"Nope." Kendall said. I sighed and kept walking. Soon Kendall stopped.
"Here you go Mr. Schmidt." a club worker said.
"Thanks man." Kendall said. He handed the guy a twenty and the guy walked away. We walked a bit longer and then Kendall stopped. "Here we are." Kendall said. I looked.
"Golfing Kendall? Really?" I asked, laughing.
"What? Golfing is fun." Kendall said.
"No it is not. It is quiet and boring." I said.
"Have you ever gone golfing?" Kendall asked, grabbing golf clubs.
"What idiot doesn't know how to golf?" I asked. Kendall laughed.
"You don't know how to golf do you?" Kendall asked. I blushed.
"Shut up Schmidt." I said. He laughed.
"Here let me help you." Kendall said. We walked up to the first hole. "I'll hit it first to show you how it is done." Kendall said. I nodded and watched him. I watched as Kendall stood straight. He bent his right foot as he swung back. I watched him swung and hit the ball. I watch the ball go far out, almost to the hole. "Easy see." Kendall said, smiling.
"Yeah easy for you." I said. He laughed.
"Come here." he said. I walked over to him. He put a ball down and then stood behind me. He wrapped his arms around me and helped me swing at the ball. The ball went a few yards ahead of us. "See that's not too hard." Kendall said, his arms still around me.
"You know I might start to like golf." I said, smiling.
