(4:30p.m)
The bell had rung dismissing everyone. I was so excited. I couldn't wait to get home and tell my family that me and Deshawn was dating.
As I was walking out the school house I saw Deshawn standing by his car. I walked up to him. "Shaaawwwnnn! " I yelled. He looked at me and smiled. "Babbyyy." he called back. "Why are you still here I thought maybe you would meet me at home?" I asked "Well, I wanted to take my baby out to eat and then I gotta surprise." he said.
"Like this?" I asked. He looked me up and down. "Yeah like that, because Krystal you're beautiful no matter how you're dressed." he assured me. I got in the car and we headed to Applebee's.
"What's the surprise?" I asked. As we walked to his table I saw Kevin sitting down. "What is he doing here?" I asked. Kevin spoke, "Well first off.. I would like to apologize for how I acted towards you." "Apology accepted." I said crossing my arms. "Can you both sit please?" he asked. I looked up to Deshawn who was motioning me into the booth. I sighed and sat down.
Kevin continued, "I was wrong for not giving you the time of day. I just don't want my son giving his heart to another ungrateful lady. But from the looks of it I see you guys are indeed in love. The point is I love my son and I want him to marry someone I know he'll be happy with. You young lady make my son happy. I should've met you sooner."
I smiled. "Thanks, sir. And I would never hurt your son I love him too much to do that. Kevin smiled. "You've found her son." he said. "Well pops, we got to go. We have a meeting with her family." Deshawn said. "It was nice meeting you." Kevin said. "Goodbye." I said.
