Today our family is coming out to help me and Deshawn prepare for our wedding.
Dealing with school and preparing for a wedding has gotten hard on us, but that's what we called our parents for. Me and Deshawn had already decided where we wanted to have the wedding, but getting things together is where the family comes in.
As I was washing laundry I heard a knock at the door. "Open the door it's too damn hot to be standing out here." the voice said. I opened it and guess who it was... Our family. I was so happy to see them. it has been 6 months since I last seen my parents and 3 since I seen Deshawn's.
"Deshawn isn't here at the moment. He had practice today." I said. "Aww, that's cool." Mama Joyce said. "Mommmm!" I shouted. "Hey Krystal!" she shouted back.
"Any news on grandkids?" Kevin asked. Everyone laughed including me. "Umm, not yet. We'll let you know." I said. "I want a girl." Mama Joyce and Katherine said. "I want a boy." Kevin and Terrence said. They started debating until Deshawn walked through the door.
"Baby, you're home. Look who's here." I said kissing him.
He walked in the living room and noticed both our families. "Hey family!" he shouted. Everyone greeted and surrounded him. Then split.
I sat with the women and Deshawn went with the men.
Deshawn P.O.V
The wedding is getting closer and closer by the second. I'm so glad my folks are here to help. Balancing life with Krystal and school and work is hard. But I'm 100% sure that I want to marry this girl.
My dad is talking about grandchildren. I want a son too, but I'm ready whenever Krystal is ready. But whenever that time comes I can't wait to spoil and give my son or princess whatever they want and need.
"Time to get focused!" I shouted. "We only have a week and 3 days before the wedding. Can we sit the baby talk to the side. She's not ready." I added. "Okay, son." my dad said. "Sooo, Where's the location?" Terrence asked. "Well California's Beach." I said. They both looked shocked. "Yeahh, she said we could have it there since I decided to come out here for college." I said. They both shook their heads and whispered to each other and finally spoke. "White suit with baby blue." "Because baby blue was y'all prom color." Kevin added. "and that's my baby's favorite color." Terrance added.
I smiled, "Thanks you guys."
I sat down with the lady's and had got there opinion's on it.
"Who's your bridemates?" Joyce asked. "I invited my bestfriends to the wedding, so them."
"We can go shopping for dresses tomorrow." they said.
"What's the location? " they ask. "California's beach." I answered. "Ohh that would be beautiful." Katherine said. I shook my head. "I know." I agreed.
The conversation was over. The guys and the girls were going to go shopping for the dresses, suits and tuxs.
"Don't forget rehearsal dinner." They shouted before leaving.
I sighed. "What's the matter?" he asked as we walked into the living room. "Nothing's the matter." I said falling on the couch. He looked at me, but I was busy flicking through the channels.
He sat next to me and grabbed my leg and placed them on his lap. "You sure?" he asked. I nodded. He took my heels off and started massaging my feet. "Mmmm." I moaned in relief. "Baby, are you stressing?" he asked. "Just a little." I responded. "Why?" he asked. "Mm, because I want this day to be perfect. We only have a week and 3 days left." I said. "I want things to be perfect too, but don't let it work you." he said. I shook my head.
He laid behind me on the couch. "Put it on Django!" he shouted. "Noo, I'm watching Happy Feet!" I shouted. "Really, you gone argue with me?" he asked. He got between my legs and started tickling my sides. "Stooppp!" I shouted. "Change it then!" he yelled. "Nooo!" I yelled back. He kept tickling me.
"Fiiinnneee!" I shouted.
"Thank you." he said.
I looked back to find him sleeping. I turned around and started kissing on him.
I kissed his chest. He still didn't move. I kissed his neck. He moved a little bit. I kissed his cheek. He kissed my lips. "Mmmm, what are you doing?" he asked stretching.
"Waking you up,duh!" I said. "Kiss me right there again." he said pointing at his neck. I kissed him
"Your "friend" must be happy to see me?" I asked. He looked down and he was on hard. "Hell Yeah he is!" he shouted. "Too bad mines don't want to see him." I said laughing. "Krystal, Stop playing with me." he said. "But my hands are not in your pants." I said back still laughing. "You playing. Now I guess I got to use my hand tonight." he said. "I guess so." I said.
"I'll remember that when your girl gone want some of this Krystal Chayanne Omar." he said.
I bit my lip. He do got a point. I want him right now. I tried to play hard, but damn it was calling my name.
"Come on." I said holding out my hand.
"You're in for the time of your life." I added.
