Insomnia came back again tonight, it's currently 3:00am and I'm still awake. Thoughts flooding my head like waves crashing down on the sand, every thought keeping me awake. I stare at my clock, watching as the time slowly goes by.
You don't how lonely it is when everyone else is asleep while your awake. All alone, insomnia has this way of making the moon feel like perfect company, I need help I've tried listening to mediation, rain (yes rain is very calming for me) nothing is working, I've even tried reading and it didn't work. My insomnia is very difficult to deal with.Do any of you guys have any advice on how to try and sleep?
