Brook Pov (Week Later)

Today was the last day I would be in the hospital, its been two weeks too long. My stiches were now fully healed with the help of my doctors, Drea and Trey. I began to pack my clothes and I went to the bathroom to do my hygiene routine and put on some clothes. It was about 7:30.

When I came out of the bathroom Trey, who I haden't seen that whole week because of him being in the studio, was sitting on the hospital room bed. I ran over to him with my arms out and warpped them around him. "Trey, I missed you ugly!" He laughed a little and spoke "I missed you to Brook." He was hugging me back with his hands where my bra was, then he kind of just let go. I got up and lifted my eye brow up and asked "What's going on Trey?" Then my room door opened. "Trey baby you ready to go." Trey put his head down and sighed. "Baby?" I said low where only Trey could here it. I shook my head and got my things, I smiled at his girlfriend and continued to the door. I turned around one more time and looked Trey in the eyes. I laughed a little as a tear fell from my eyes and when he stood up I knew he noticed I was crying.

I took the elevator and went to my car and popped he trunk and threw my things in it. I opened the door to my car and got in and drove to my clothing store "O'Swanky". I got out and whipped the tears that wouldn't stop coming away. When I got in my co-workers where speaking and I just walked past them to the back and balled up in a corner. Then the office door opened and Darnell and Megan walked in and sat beside me in the corner. "What's going on Lynn?" Darnell asked and I just sat there and shook my head. "Is it Trey?" Megan asked. I lifted my head up and spoke "I told you not to say anything Darnell! But yea it's about him." I said nodding and crying. "He came to visit me in the hospital everyday and I haden't seen him this whole week. He told me it was because he was in the studio, but he was really with another woman. I know it seems stupid because we aren't going together, but he had me thinking he wanted to be back together, he kissed me.... And I told him I shuld have trusted him!" I began to raise my voice on my last sentence. Then I began to scream when I spoke "I told him I trusted him! I kissed him and he was with someone else!" I burst out into tears. "Shhh it's okay Lynn." Darnell said as him and Megan came closer and hugged me in comfort. Then Megan went out to tend to the costumers.

Then Darnell and I went to the front 30 minutes later after falling alseep on him. "Yall wanna go out to this party at about 9:30?" Meg asked us and we nodded. "Bring your boyfriend Darnell." He smiled and nodded. "Umm well I better get going." He said grabbing his things and going out the door. "You sure your okay Lynn?" Meg asked me and I nodded. After leaving the store and closing it I headed home and cleaned up even though verything was in place I just needed something to take my mind off of Trey. It was around 8:28 so I went and laid down. When I got up it was 9:00 and I rambled through what I should wear. What if I saw Trey I needed him to be al over me. Did I really need him or did I just want him? I walked in my room to check my phone to see I had 2 missed called. I unlocked it quickly to see if it was Trey but it was Megan. I called her back.

ME:Hello?

MEG: Hey um are you still coming to the party?

ME: Yea I guess.

MEG: Ok and just to let you know I'm wearing a nice dress, this isn't a club professional buisness people and famous people will be there.

ME: How did I not get an invite then?

We laughed.

MEG: I honestly don't know because you are famous, well actually you probably did get it bbut since you've been in the hospital....

ME: Yea but I'll see you when I get there.

I hung up the phone and continued to ramble throught my closet for something nice to wear.
