Together Forever

Chapter 4

"What do you mean the ice skating rink is reserved for hockey players right now?" I ask Megan's father who came to go ice skating with us. 

"Apparently they never decided to fix their website page to say it, sorry guys." He responded. With that I felt slightly disappointed.

"That sucks." Megan muttered.

"Yeah it does." Tona muttered.

"Well if you guys want to you can all come over to our house, then it won't be a complete waste of a time getting away from your parents." We all stared at Megan's father as he got to the last part. Wondering how he knew.

"What!? I've been a teenager before." He responds to our stares.

"Well um yeah that'd be great." Mia says surprised.

"Yeah I guess we will meet you there." I say.

I then reach into my pockets and grab my keys.

"See you guys in a bit." I say as I walk out and into my car.

"Fricken, I can't believe I got my hopes up for this to turn out. Maybe it will turn out good at Megan's house." I mutter to myself as I turn on my phone and but it onto my radio. I do this because I listen to things like K-pop and NateWantsToBattle, so yeah you won't find that on a radio which is why I use my phone to tune it to my radio.

I backed up and nearly hit a car. Turns out that car was Mia's. I could tell because of the obvious blue and silver car. 

I'll have to remember that so that I can say sorry. I'm not the best driver.

Mia honks at me as a joke. 

I drive back into my spot and wait for her to go by then back up and got out of the parking lot.

As I drive I can see the greenery in my peripheral vision. I always liked the greenery. I may not have liked the outdoors. But I still loved greenery. It reminds me how beautiful this world can be.

I decide I should have all parts of my vision on the road and stop looking at the greenery. 

I have a black Chevy the only reason I have one is because my family grew up with Chevy's, so I decided to get a Chevy. 

Suddenly "Phantom" By NateWantsToBattle came on. I have many memories involving this song and is one of my favorites.

I start humming/singing Phantom and even do my signature cringy laugh. Only one person actually knows what my laugh is and that person is Mia. Like I said I have many memories involving this song. Most of them were with Mia.

But anyways I finally parked outside of Megan's house. I was the last one to get here because everyone else apparently went a quicker way I didn't know about. But that's fine.

"So now we are all here, what do we do?" Megan asked.

I don't think any of us thought that far ahead.

"We could look for things to do in your room?" I suggest.

"Well yeah I suppose we could look." Tona said. 

"Well I don't expect to find anything in there but we can look." Megan said and we all followed her upstairs to her room.

We looked around and found a bunch of random things but not anything to actually do anything with.

"Why do you have lotion on the floor?" I ask with a smirk.

"Shut up!" Megan said to me.

Tona started laughing which made me smile because I was actually able to get him to laugh.
