Chapter 5

Well it's finally the first day of my Junior year at Ouran High School. I'm not really excited because every year that I get excited it ends up being an awful year. 

Heck it's always an awful year I'm just struggling through every year trying to hide my feelings so people don't have to worry.

But maybe, just maybe it will be better with Tona and all my friends.

Or maybe I'm just fooling myself. Guess I'll find out later on.

I got to school as normal and found my class. My first period was ELA with Megan and Mia. 

I have no idea how we all got in the same class. All I know is that Sophomore year of High School they excelled at ELA and got into an Honor class. 

All the classes are ranked general, Scholarship the second highest, and Honors the highest.

I had always been good at ELA and Math. Not spelling or grammar though. The person who basically taught me all the grammar I know is Megan. But other than those things I'm good at ELA and Math. 

Anyways Tona has Math first period. Then there is another friend of mine. Who I haven't mentioned yet and that person's name is Madi. I've known her since I was in England in Kindergarten, I then moved and forgot about her until 7th grade where we met again. 

Madi likes to bully me about my height and a few other things. But she always finds some way to bully everyone so I'm not alone. 

She is an interesting friend to have to say the least. 

There are sometimes when she gets on my last nerve and then there are times when we are very close friends. I guess that's what happens when two people who were alike at one point go through different circumstances until they then meet again later, completely different people who then become friends again. 

Yeah like I said Madi is an interesting friend. There are a few other people that I am good friends I have. Like Emily, who once helped me deliver a Valentine's gift to Tona when he was still straight. There is Addie, who has been there for me at curtain times but not nearly as close to me as say Mia or Megan. I really don't have many friends.

But I do have a few partial friends who are friends of mine because I'm part of Ouran's LGBTQ+ community. Like Kira, Olivia, and Paige. 

Anyways I was on my way to Tona's class to say hi when suddenly I actually pay attention to my surrounding and accidently eavesdropped on a group of popular girls. Who I knew all by name. I mean what do you expect. If you are popular then you sure as hell should bet everyone knows your name. They girls names were Abbey, Anna, and Hannah. All of them I've never actually seen together but I suppose things changed over the summer. 

"Hey you know Tona?" Hannah asked the girls.

"The dude with black hair who used to be popular until he suddenly decided to stay low popularity wise?" Anna asked. 

"Yeah him." Hannah confirmed.

"Oh I think I know him." Abbey muttered.

"Well don't tell anyone but I kinda have a crush on him." Hannah said rather quietly. I was just able to tell what she said.

"No way!" Abbey said enthusiastically.

"You should defiantly ask him out." Anna said cheerfully.

"Well I would but he is always by one of these less popular groups. He mostly hangs out with this blond kid with purple glasses." Hannah said.

In case if you didn't know that is me. I have always wanted to dye my hair but it has never happened so I've always had this bright blond hair which got a little darker but not by much.
