ashido, 9:41 pm
it was late, everyone was supposed to be in their dorm rooms again, but ashido didn't care. she walked up to uraraka's dorm anyway, muttering to herself how stupid she was the whole way. but it didn't matter, she knocked anyway, fidgeting with the pack of cigarettes in her pocket. and then ochaco answered.
"hm-oh! hi mina!" she greeted with a smile, "so what's up?" uraraka asked. ashido averted eye contact.
"well, i'm goin' to the corner store, wanna come? i got money, i can buy you something..." the pink skinned girl offered, her hand resting on the back of her neck.
'oh god, why am i doing this? she'll know i like her! stupid, stupid mina!'
she thought, regretting ever showing up at uraraka's door, offering an almost date.
"um, yeah, okay!" ochaco chirped, "just one sec though, i'll have to put on some better clothes." the brown haired girl smiled sweetly before shutting her door and reappearing a minute or four later. mina sat, taking large steps in circles and fiddling with the contents of her neon jacket pocket.
"alright, let's go!" uraraka smiled as she burst out of her room, wearing a large, pastel pink jacket. she locked her door again, using her key on a hello kitty keychain. ashido smiled at that.
'cute.'
the yellow-eyed of the two thought, taking her friend's arm and dragging her through the hall.
"to adventure!" the two cheered, laughing with eyes closed, fists in the air, and blush on their faces. mina was pulling ahead as they tried their bests to quiet their laughter. it obviously didn't work, and they were fortunate momo was less strict about waking hours than iida, probably because she always snuck out with jirou.
the door girls finally reached outside ua grounds after trying very hard not to get caught sneaking out. the walked slowly to the convenience store just a few blocks away. they had conversations about seemingly everything in five minutes. they reached the store talking about the color pink.
"hi ten'in!" ashido greeted after walking in, waving her hand to the old man behind the counter. the cheery old man waved back. mina smiled again to him, she then turned to ochaco again.
"aight, what do you want? three things, one food item, one candy, and one drink, and i expect to share, deal?" ashido confirmed, uraraka nodded and mina began speaking again.
"five minutes, meet back here at the front, go!" she exclaimed, instantly running to get some flaming hot cheetos, like the teen gamer she was. she picked up on the larger bags, hoping to share and make some deal for whatever ocha brought back to the front. after grabbing the cheetos, she went for the strawberry kiwi snapple tea, only to see uraraka in the area, which she goes for the most unnatural and unhealthy strawberry fanta. satisfied with her drink and purchase she looks among the vast rows of candies, not knowing which to pick, but settling on half n half sour gummy worms. with forty seconds to spare, she raced to the front, carrying all her snacks along with her.
she gazed to ochaco, still struggling to choose a candy. just then, she got a tap on the shoulder, it was ten'in, and with a smug smile, she whispered to her from behind the counter.
"that one's a keeper. you should really just kiss her already," he then turned back to work, as ashido blushed and looked for the means to retort. but before she could, uraraka stood in front of her with her choices. strawberry kiwi iced tea, and a pack of corn nuts. odd choice, but okay.
