The Bad Boys Wolf

Chapter 7.

When we arrive for school Joe and Oli were standing there. Only Joe and Oli. Which is weird because Nate always is with them.

"Where's Nate?" I ask both of them looking dumbfounded.

"Oh yeah, where is Nate?" Oli turns to Joe who shrugs his shoulders.

"I think he is with his mate. Her name is Journey or Destiny. I don't know some inspirational shit name." I laugh and so does Oli.

Gotta love my friends. I smile. Carter has his arm rapped around my waist.

"Yo! Carter! Hey man." This boy around Carter's age and height jogs up to us. He has brown hair and ocean blue eyes. He isn't that bad looking.

"Hey. This is my mate Summer. Summer this my cousin-" The boy cuts him off.

"Dustin. I'm an Omega." I nod my head and shake his hand that he has held out.

"Nice to meet you. What pack are you from?" Dustin takes back his hand and shoves it in his pocket.

"Well we use to call my pack the I'll Beat Your Ass Pack instead of one of those gay pack names." I laugh and so does Carter.

"Sounds like an awesome pack. Unlike ours. Ours is the Destined Moon Pack." I chuckle and Dustin does too.

"We should go princess." Carter whispers in my ear huskily I can help but to blush. Uhg seriously what is up with me blushing and going straight into his arms lately??

"Mkay. It was cool to meet you Dustin. See you around." He nods his head and Carter leads me around the corner into the hallways.

"Dustin just found his mate not to long ago." I look up at Carter.

"Who's his mate?" Carter looks back down at me.

"His name is Jordan. My dad was so pissed when he found out his nephew is gay. I'm not mad tho. I don't see what's so bad about it.

Dustin has found love and people should be happy with who they fall in love with." He ends that by smiling at me and kissing my forehead. I cherish the moment and don't try to blame mate bond.

On the ride home Carter is silent. But not an irritated silent, he was smiling the whole time.

I was confused but didn't want to ask about it since it was only once in a while did he just sit there and smile. But then I just had to.

"Why are you all smiley and silent?" Carter chuckles.

"Because it's after Football and your Volleyball practice." I smile at him. Our first date.

We pull into the driveway and as soon as we park I rush to the door. Then when I try to open the door it wouldn't open so I ran into it. Hard. God I'm stupid.

Carter starts laughing so hard he holds his stomach while I'm on the ground holding my head against the side of door.

Suddenly a big crowd of kids from our pack pile out the front door where I'm in pain and topple over me.

"Luna!!" All of them shout and giggle.

"Guys I'm hurt could you get off please?" I try to say through the giggling and shouting.

"Who wants candy?" Carter's mom shouts and all of the little kids stomp on my head and stomach to try to get off one another.

So I'm left sitting there in pain all over. And where's Carter? Still laughing historically 4 feel behind me.

"Wow thanks for helping me." I say when I get up from my uncomfortable position on the ground. Carter sobers up and helps me the rest of the way.

"I'm sorry but I should have had my phone out to record that. I was laughing to hard tho." I roll my eyes smiling and go inside to see Leanne sitting there with Taylor laughing and eating.

"Hey guys!" They both look toward me and smile.

"Hey."

"Hi." I smile back at both of them then it turns into an evil grin. They knew I was up to something when we all ran up the stairs as fast as lightning.

"So what are you planing?" Leanne asks.

"I need you both to help me get ready for my date with Carter." There eyes light up and soon enough I'm in a chair being tapered at with hair products and makeup.

Taylor is doing my hair while Leanne is doing my makeup. Taylor straightened my hair while putting a fake big white flower on the side of my head.

Leanne did a natural but flawless makeup look with mascara, a little eyeliner, blush, and baby lips lip balm.

I thank them then go pick out my outfit. It's a pair of skinny jeans with a fancy belt, a white laced top with a tie on the bottom and my batman converse (of course).

I walk back down the stairs to a very hot Carter leaning up against the counter with his hands in his dark wash jean pockets. His hair is messy but a hot messy.

Once his eyes reach mine he looks me up and down then smiles. He walks over to me and settles his hands on my waist. (A/N~ imagine Carter's face like this😏 when he saw Summer. Hahaha.)

I rap my arms around his neck for a hug and he hugs me tight. He kisses my forehead and then we're off.

We pull out of our driveway and off to wherever we're going. Then I get curious.

"Where are we going?" I break the silence. Carter smiles.

"It's a surprise." I grunt.

"I hate surprises." I groan. Carter chuckles.

"Well you'll just have to wait. It's not that far away. And I'm glad you didn't where a dress or something." The thought of dresses made me gag.

"Ew only on extremely special occasions will I where a dress." Carter looks over at me and smiles.

"Good." Good? Okay? Okay. I shrug it off. We pull into the schools vacant lot they have pack next to the woods.

Carter gets out of the truck and so do I. I'm confused but deep down I know where we're going I just can't put my finger on it.

We walk through the woods for about a mile then we reach the place I was not expecting at all. The place I loved more than my own home.

"Do you like our date spot?" Carter asks me.

"I love it!!" I run over to the open area of a meadow and a wide river bank. The place I met my mate officially. The place I found out Carter was my mate.

I sit down and Carter sits beside me on a huge rock that can fit two people. I didn't even realize that on the rock there was a blanket and a picnic basket.

Carter smiles and pulls out whine and some food. I smile wide as he sets everything out. The water glistening in the moonlight is definitely something.

"How did you do this? I didn't even see you carrying a basket or blanket." Carter chuckles.

"That's for me to know and you to enjoy."
