Chapter 3

When we get home from our dinner the girl who fought with me was still playing sick fake crying.

Carter chuckled silently as he led me through the kitchen while she just sobbed louder when we walked passed her.

He stops at the end of the staircase and lets go of my hand while I walk up the stairs into my room.

"Summer. Can I come in?" I hear at my door. It was Leanne. I smile.

"Yeah one sec." I said as I was putting on some sweats, a hoddie, and putting my hair in a messy bun taking off my makeup.

I go to the door and open it. Leanne was standing there smiling.

"Hey. Come in." I motioned into my room. She comes in and sits down. I plop down on my beanbag chair and she sits on the huge swing in my room.

"Sooo?" Leanne asks. I raise my eyebrow.

"What." She chuckles.

"What did you want me to help you with to get back at Carter for annoying you?" I smiled wide then grinned.

"Does he have a favorite car?" She grins too.

"It's in the shop but sense your a Luna you can get it out of the shop." I nodded evaluating my options.

"Okay, so here's what we are gonna do.."

Carter's POV

"So how was your date, man! Details!" I scoff.

"Stop being a teen girl, Daniel." Daniel shakes his head and flicks me.

"Ow! That hurrrtt!" I said fake whimpering. All the guys were surrounding me.

"It wasn't a date. I was just taking her out for dinner, big deal. I will actually go out on a real date with her when she's ready and right now she isn't." I explain. They all nod and say 'Awh' or some other stupid shit.

I walk away and literally get knocked over by Summer running. She lands on top of me and turns red while I smirk.

"Hey princess." She rolls her eyes and tries to get up but I grip tighter on her hands.

"Carterrr." She drawls out.

"Summerrr." I mock. Summer rolls her eyes and struggles again but I chuckle and she can't help but to crack a smile too.

"Come on let me go. I'm going somewhere with Leanne in a few hours." I smile.

"That's in a long time. Just hang out with me." Summer thinks for a bit but then looks into my eyes.

"On one condition." I cock my head to the side.

"And what is that?" She grins.

"Let. Me. Go." Chuckling I bring her closer to me if that was even possible.

"You like this distance." Summer rolls her eyes.

"In your dreams." She smirks.

"What if I do?" She stares down hiding the faint pink on her cheeks.

"If you did you could dream about this." Then she knees me in a place wear I didn't need anymore damage to. Whelp guess i won't be having pups anytime soon.

I let her up wincing. She chuckles.

"Summer why did you do that." She rolls her eyes.

"You wouldn't let me up." The guys rush in.

"Dude what happened?" August shouts.

"I'm guessing Summer." Colton chimes in. He is my cousin.

"Guys come on he's fine." Summer explains trying to help me up. I bet she feels pain now that I'm hurt.

"Summer go away." She steps back from her crouching position looking hurt.

"But-" I cut Summer off.

"Leave!!!" I shout using my alpha tone.

"Fine." And she does. Summer jogs away.

Summer's POV

"Leave!!!" Carter shouts using his alpha tone. I shake my head stepping back more.

"Fine." Now he is really in for it. I jog toward Leanne and nod my head for the door.

We open the door and close it behind us so now we're outside.

"What the hell is his problem? What did you do??" I scoff.

"I just kneed him in the balls so he would let me up." Leanne took deep breaths.

"Please don't ever do that again." Leanne explains. I furrow my eyebrows. "I'll explain later. Just don't." I nod slowly.

"Shall we go then?" Leanne smiles wickedly.

"We shall." And we do we drive off to the dealership.
