Beautiful lights in the Heavens above
What more could someone look to
For a moment of inspiration?
To look up and see
Millions of lights
Twinkling and smiling down on you
Is an indescribable feeling.
To lie back and stare
Is the true meaning of tranquility.
My words are insignificant
To even begin to do justice
To the fresh sense of wonder and amazement
That accompanies a look to the stars.
No matter how many times
They fill you with their majesty
And with their wonder.
Their multitudes have
And will
Inspire everyone who
Sees them
Forever.
