Happy Memories

I woke up to Lucinda talking.
"Lucinda?" I yawned.
"Kim's Gone!" She said.
I was fully awake now and sat up.
"She was with you.." Garroth said lazily.
"She was. When we went to sleep. But not when I woke up." Lucinda said.
"That doesn't sound like Kim. That doesn't sound like Kim at all!" Garroth said shooting up.
"Maybe she sleeped walk?" Aaron suggested.
"Or Bathroom." Lucinda Added
"Oh Kim! Oh KIMMY KIM!" Garroth said running around.
I look towards The other two.
"Do you think those wolves..." she started.
"From yesterday?" Aaron asked.
"No! I'm positive one of us would have heard something!" I argued.
"I'd feel bad if something Garroth and Kim that everything was fine." Lucinda sighed.
"It's possible she just wanted to explore." I said putting a hand on her shoulder.
"Guys! She's not in the bathroom!" Garroth said running up to us.
"Hmm...maybe she got lost coming back." Lucinda said.
"This place is huge. There's plenty of halls to get lost in." I agreed.
"Okay. Here's what we'll do. We'll split up. Check the garage, outside, and the rest of the main hall. Once we've cleared those area we can regroup." Aaron said.
"Sounds like a plan." Lucinda said.
"Let's go!" Garroth and I said.
We split off to different directions and started searching.
On the road.
"I spy something beginning with 'S'" Aphmau said.
"Snow." Zane said.
"Darn it! How did you know!?" Aphmau sighed.
"Oh gee! I don't know! Maybe it because it's the only thing that's been around for the last five miles!" Zane raged.
"Pfft! Fine. *sigh* hehe! I spy something that begins With S." Aphmau smirked.
"Again! It's snow!" Zane growled.
"Actually it's not." Aphmau said
"Huh. What else could it be?" Zane asked.
"It's S, for Sour Puss! Because that's what your being right now!" Aphmau snapped.
"Oh haha. Very funny." Zane said.
Zane grunts. And starts making weird noises.
"Are you okay Zane?" Aphmau asked
"Yea...I just...need to pull over real quick." Zane says pulling the car over.
"Huh?"
They both step out and Zane walks to where Aphmau is standing.
"Why did we pull over! We're not to far from the place we need to be!" Aphmau complains.
"Uh because I have to...Uh..my knee was locking up and I needed to stretch...I'm going for a walk." Zane says haistly.
"Oh! Then I'll go with you!" Aphmau smiles.
"NO! You stay here and watch the car." Zane snapped.
"Okay..:are you sure you don't want me to-"
"I'm positive now stay put!" Zane cuts her off.
He walks quickly into the trees and looks around for a bush and tree.
"Good she didn't follow me. Ah! This looks like a good place. Now I can do my business." Zane says.
He unzips and spots a bunny.
" Come on!" Zane growls.
He zips back up and goes to another bush. He unzips and spots Racoons. Zane growls and rezips and then walks back to car his face red with anger.
"Oh hey Zane! Are you done with your walk?" Aphmau asks.
"YES!" Zane snaps and storms past her.
"Are you sure your okay? You look flushed." Aphmau says.
"Don't. Say that!" Zane snaps.
"Zane?"
"Look. Let's just get to the cabin or wherever! The sooner the better!"
"Uh Okay..."
The two hit the road.
Back at the lodge(Altea pov)
We regrouped.
"Anything?" Garroth asked.
"No, I didn't see her any where," I sighed.
"I got nothing either.." Aaron said.
"I didn't find any trace of something we moved Or misplaced.." Lucinda said.
"Where could she have gone!" Garroth said.
"Well, we searched everywhere weve been. Now we have to search the place we haven't." Aaron said.
We started walking up the stairs and stayed together.
We stopped at a dark hallway. Eerie noises were coming from it making me tense. I shared a glance with Aaron and took one step closer to the hallway.
"I'm coming Kim!!! YAAAAAA!" Garroth screamed running into the hallway.
"Garroth!" Aaron called after.
"I think he has the right idea." Lucinda said.
I rolled my eyes.
"It's Garroth." I said.
Lucinda nodded.
"As creepy as this place looks we have to remember this place is huge. We should split up and look around." Lucinda said.
"Maybe..." Aaron said.
"I still think we should stick together after everything that's happened so far." I said.
"It may be safer when checking places we haven't been..." Aaron said nodding to me.
"I know! But given that Kim is missing I don't think we have a choice!" Lucinda said pacing around, "we honestly don't know if she's in danger. The faster we find her the better."
"Alright. But if something happens..." Aaron said.
"We'll holler." I said.
"Gotcha ya." Lucinda said.
We all walked into the hallway.
Time skip a few minutes.
I walked around and found two doors. I opened it and find a room. It was furnished with toys and lots of colorful items. I walked the center and looked around.
"I feel like I remember this.." I said.
Flashback
Small Altea is running around with a small white husky in the room laughing.
Flashback end.
"We stayed in this room when I was little..." I said.
I smiled at the thought and then remembered what I was doing.
"Kim! Kim are you in here!?" I called.
"Altea?" A voice called.
I turned to see Lucinda.
"Oh. I thought you were Kim for a second." I said walking towards her.
"Unfortunately not. Uhh! This is terrible!! How can we have lost Kim!" Lucinda groaned.
"I don't know. This doesn't seem like her." I said.
"Have you known her long?" Lucinda asked.
"No. I heard she went to our high school. But I don't remove anyone like her. Then again..I was only there for two years.." I said
"Oh yeah! That's where your brother fell in love with Aphmau!" Lucinda smiled.
I laughed, "Yea but..after Aaron left they had decided not be together..." I said.
"Well everyone gots some reason! But it worked out for those two in the end!" She smiled.
"Yea it did! I'm really happy Aaron fell in love with her." I said.
"You two seem close. You and Aaron." Lucinda said.
I looked down.
"I guess. Aaron was the only person who would treat me...normally. I mean Melissa was always busy...but I still loved her. But not as much as Aaron. If anything would to happen...I would give up my life to save that fool." I said.
Lucinda smiled.
"Aaron is very proud to have you as his sister. Trust me." She said.
"Thanks Lucinda...you have no idea how much he means to me.."I whispered the last part.
"Huh? Altea...what's that in your pocket?" Lucinda asked suddenly.
"This? I don't know?" I said pulling out the sparkly green object.
"Altea! That's a reallly rare gem!" Lucinda squealed.
"It is?" I asked.
"Yes...or at least it looks like it." Lucinda said.
"Does it do something?" I asked.
"I'm not sure. I just remember my mom talking a lot about them." Lucinda said.
"Wait a minute. You don't know?" I asked confused.
"Heh. Well usually I Do...but even in this world there a things I don't understand." She said.
The sound of tires skidding filled the room making me turn towards the door.
"Huh?" I said.
"What was that?" Lucinda asked.
I opened the balancony door and we stepped out.
I saw two figures exit the car. Two very familiar figures.
The taller one ran into the house the small one following.
I smiled.
"It's Aph and Zane!" I said.
I turned and ran inside Lucinda following. We ran downstairs and I saw Aaron running ahead of us.
"Out of my way! I need the restroom!!!" Zane yelled charging inside.
I watched him and just laughed. I joined the other two outside.
"Aph!" Aaron said.
"Aaron!" She squealed.
Aaron ran forward and Aphmau Jumped up hugging him.
"I missed you.." I heard Aaron say as I walked forward.
"I missed you too!" Aphmau said.
"Awww! My brothers so soft when he's with his girlfriend!" I teased.
Aaron blushes slightly.
"Um..Aph... Is Zane okay?" Lucinda asked coming up behind me.
"Lucinda, Altea! I'm so glad to see you two safe as well...and about Zane..he just need to use the bathroom." Aphmau said.
"Does he even know where it is?" Aaron asked.
"Probably not." Aphmau confessed.
A loud high picked scream filled my ears.
I turned to the others and ran inside. I heard the others following me. I ran left and right and opened a door.
I walking and saw Kim lying on the ground and Zane a deep red.
"What's going on with the screaming and-HUH! KIM!" Lucinda said running over to the unconscious girl.
"Kim! Is she alright!" Aphmau asked.
"She's crazy! She tried to kiss me!" Zane said.
"What?" Me and Aaron said.
"She was acting like a Zombie and came at me! What the heck happened?" Zane asked.
"I'm not sure." Lucinda said.
"This room looks like it's been lived in." I said.
"Haven't you guys been here?" Aphmau asked
"No no. We haven't explored the house that much." Aaron said.
"This place..someone's been here.." I said looking around.
"Let's get Kim some rest.." Lucinda said.
"Wait! I still need to use the bathroom! GAH!" Zane yelled and ran out.
The rest of us huddled around Kim's body and picked her up.
