"What do you want angel." He asked, taking another sip of his coffee. You swallowed the lump in your throat.
"Why did you kill that man?" You asked him. He looked at you.
"Really? I'm a demon from hell and your asking me why I killed a low life human?" He answered. You blushed in embarrassment but nodded. He sighed.
"I'm a demon." He said. You rolled your eyes.
"Really, you don't say." You mutter to yourself. He smiled.
"I do say that." He said. Your blush deepens, and he laughs.
"Relax angel. Do you have any other questions?" He asks you. You nodded.
"Yeah, why don't you look like a demon." You asked. He shrugged.
"This is how I always looked." He answered. You laughed a bit. He smiled and got up, tell you not to move. He came back a few minutes later with two cups. He placed on in front of you. You looked and saw it was your favorite drink.
"Thank you, but I don't know if I can drink it while on earth." You said. He took a sip from his.
"You can take it with you after then." He said. You nodded. Then look at him.
"Can humans see you?" You asked. He looked out on the street.
"Only if I wish it. Right now, they do." He said. You sighed, and he looked at you.
"Must be nice." You said. He looked confused.
"You can do it also." He said. You smiled sadly.
"No, I can't. I have tried but death and I have a deal. I can save some humans, but in exchange, I give up being seen by them. It was a fair trade and God approved of it." You said. He nodded.
"I can understand that. You angels are always doing things like that." He said.
"I'm name is (y/n)." You said. He shrugged.
"I don't really care. I have a question for you." He said. You looked a bit mad but let it go.
"sure, ask." You say. He smiled.
"Why are you so interested in me?" He asked. You open your mouth but then closed it. Why are you so interested in him? He sighs and stands up.
"That's what I thought. Good bye (y/n)." He said and left you. You stayed there and watched him leave.
