Jungkook's POV

Jungkook was driving his car to the nearby car workshop for car service. While waiting for the mechanics to finish their respective jobs, he wandered around the area observing how picturesque the town was until his eyes landed on a store. A LP store. He always had genuine interest in music and people would never knew he could sing, neither his parents nor his son. He was unconfident of his own singing although it was not even that terrible.

He unhesitantly entered the store and riffled the stock of vinyl and CDs. He took a piece of CDs which he recognized as The Beatles' and stuck it into the vinyl player. The music started to play and a song echoed through the store.

He knew the song - Let it Be

A familiar figure entered the store and caught his attention. A smile crept up his face at the thought how the fate unbelievably brought them together again. He kept his gaze on the woman who seemed to admire the CDs and the pile of vinyl with enthusiasm. The way her eyes sparkled at the sight of those undeniably colorful covers made him smile wider. He loved how her eye brows slightly raised and how her mouth slightly parted seeing something she was interested in.

Adorable.

He walked closer but still keeping a distance from her. Fixing his eyes onto her, he heard the soft hum of her singing voice. She closed her eyes and started to sing melodiously. He swore that she had the most beautiful angelic voice he had ever heard in his entire life.

He was captivated once again, but this time by her voice and he could not fathom how intriguing she was. He would want to know her better and embrace every aspects of her character he might not have seen.

Her eyes fluttered open and she continued to admire all of the CDs in front of her. She was too engrossed upon those stuffs to notice his presence beside her. She took a piece of CD and admired the cover. He admitted that she indeed had a nice taste and he noticed instantly, it was Ed Sheeran's.

"Ed Sheeran huh? Nice choice."

She spun her body towards him, her eyes became widen as she placed her hands on her chest and took a deep breath."Oh my God!"

"I am so sorry. I didn't mean to shock you." Jungkook apologized as he held his hands up in apologetic defense, letting out a small chuckle.

"Jungkook, you scared me." Chaeyoung mumbled seeming a little bit nervous. "What are you doing here?" She squinted her eyes, eyeing him doubtly.

"I was just passing by. My car is currently at the car workshop being serviced, so might as well stroll around and I coincidentally found this shop." He replied earning a soft chuckle from Chaeyoung.

"Really? I am sorry for my sudden outburst. Didn't expect to see you here." She said reverted back to her more cheerful self.

"So what are you going to buy?" Jungkook asked.

"I thought of this and also this." She lifted up, showing the Ed Sheeran's and Tori Kelly's CDs which were also his favourite artists.

"They are my favourite artists though. Wow, we legit have the same taste." He snickered under his breath and Chaeyoung giggled heartily.

"So are you buying, Jungkook?"

"I guess no. There are a lot of vinyl and CDs collection at my house, I don't even have the time to hear very piece of them." He chuckled remembering how the collections remained untouched due to his busyness. He used to be collecting these kind of things during his university life and he enjoyed listening to all the songs he had chosen, thus having his personal classic vinyl player at home which was a gift from his parents on his eighteenth birthday made him treasured those things more.

"Really? Maybe someday you can lend me some of your collections." She enthusiastically said. Oh how he loved seeing those cheeks and nose flushed into a pretty shade of pink indicating how excited she was.

"Sure I wouldn't mind."

After finalizing her choice, both of them walked towards the counter.

"Okay I want to take these two." Chaeyoung sweetly said to the cashier earning a smile from the flustered cashier boy. She was about to paid when Jungkook took out his black golden Mastercard and offered to pay.

"Jungkook you don't have to. These are pricey." Chaeyoung politely decline unable to hide her guiltiness.

"It's okay. It's my treat." He earnestly smile and continued to pay for her stuffs.

"Thank you." She mouthed silently but he was able to catch it.

"Welcome, babe." He mischiveously grinned.

Jungkook noticed how her cheeks flushed red from the corner of his eyes and she immediately put her hands to her cheeks, nervously sighed.

Cute. Jungkook unknowingly smirked.

Both of them were walking down the slightly hilled road and Chaeyoung randomly share things with Jungkook

Both of them were walking down the slightly hilled road and Chaeyoung randomly share things with Jungkook. How she loved her pet fish, Joohwangie and how sad she was when the mice she used to treasure a lot during childhood died. Jungkook swore that he could listen to her chatterings all day long without even getting bored. She was really something else, intriguing he would say.

"Here we arrived. Wait for a sec, I want to ask whether the workers had done their job. It should be done by now." Jungkook excused himself to get his car.

"Sure." Chaeyoung lightly smiled.

"Well it's done. Mind if I give you a ride to your home?" He suddenly asked.

"You've done a lot today Jungkook. I don't want to trouble you." She fidgeted her fingers, slightly feeling troublesome, afraid she would trouble Jungkook.

"No it's okay. I don't really have things to do after this. Believe me, I'm not feeling troubled at all. Or if it made you feel unsettled, you might as well treat me for lunch." Jungkook sheepishly smiled sending a wink to Chaeyoung.

That act sped up Chaeyoung's little heart undoubtedly made her flustered causing her to straighten up her body and cleared her throat. "How could he pull off that face effortlessly? Is there any flaws about this man?" She mentally snickered.

"But I have a better idea. Why don't I cook lunch for you as an appreciation for your kindness today." Chaeyoung popped up an idea.

"Really? I would love to." Jungkook mood lightened up at the thought of Chaeyoung cooked for him.

"Then, shall we?" He gestured her towards his car.

"Yes, of course." She replied letting out a chuckle.
