It was another day without him. It was still early in the morning as Chaeyoung woke up to see if there was any message from Jungkook. Sadly, there was none. She straightened up her body, stretching a little bit before she left her bed. She decided to have a morning jog since it was weekend anyways. She put on her sport attires, black track pants with a white sports bra. She completed her outfits with a paired black jacket and tying her brown locks into a high ponytail. She took her phone and air-pods before leaving the house. She went to the usual park and started to jog prior her warm up.
Chaeyoung was preoccupied with her run when suddenly a notification popped out from her phone. She slowed her pace and changed to walk as she took out her phone. It has been an hour since she started her run and she tried to catch her breath, compensating the insufficient oxygen went into her lungs. Her dainty fingers slid across the screen to see a message from an unfamiliar number. But soon her frown turned into a relief look when the unknown sender introduced himself. He also gave her an address, an office address to be exact and asked her to come. She bit her lower lips, contemplating whether she would come or not. But she determined to clear up things.

She went back home when it was getting hotter and the sun had risen up across the horizon, illuminating the day. She told herself that she would be fine, she has to confront him if she wanted to heal their relationship. Although there was no official label regarding their relationship, she definitely knew he held a special place in her heart and she wanted to make it right. She also deserved to be happy right? She ate her breakfast with Lisa as usual, the girl seemed to be a lot happier these day and she wondered why. Chaeyoung guessed she might be seeing someone but it was all a guess because if she did she would definitely told her. But nevertheless she would be happy if Lisa did found someone and that guy must be one of the luckiest person on Earth to be able to steal her heart.
"Chaeng, I'm going out this evening," Lisa started the conversation as she took a piece of toast.
"Really? Where to?" Chaeyoung munched her salad with pure satisfaction.
"I have a dinner," Lisa replied casually but a tint of blush could be seen on her cheeks.
Chaeyoung grinned mischievously as she observed her friend became shy out of sudden, "is there anything I should know?"
"Know what? It's nothing," Lisa absolutely tried to avert her eyes away from her.
"Okay then," Chaeyoung took a sip of her tea, not forget to throw a questioning look which caught her off guard.
"Aish I'll tell if anything, satisfied?" Lisa replied, knowing she could not hide her giddiness in front of her best friend.
"I know I know, chill okay? I'm just kidding. But Lisa..I will be happy if you are happy," Chaeyoung smiled sincerely.
"Awhh I love you Changie."
