"Babies need to be taken care of. Babies are cute. You're cute. Therefore, you're a baby that needs to be taken care of."

"Pff, are you serious?"

Through the candlelight, I could see Josh's cheeks form a little color. "I'm sorry! I couldn't think of anything better on the spot!"

"Hey," I poked his cheek, "can you put me down now?"

"Oh, yeah, sorry." A bit flustered, he set me down on the edge of his jacuzzi.

"So, care to explain why you have a ton of pumpkin scented candles around your bathroom?" I crossed my arms and questioned.

"I just did."

"Did not."

"Did too."

"Did not."

"Did too."

"Did not!"

"You know we could do this all night, right? And you'd be missing out on the bath bomb I put in there."

I raised my eyebrows in surprise. "You had a bath bomb just laying around in your house?"

He scratched his head. "Let's just say Bath and Body Works had a fall sale and I took advantage of it."

"I see," I chuckled.

"Well, anyways." Josh cleared his throat and proceeded, "I thought maybe you might need some relaxation since you'll be moving, and stuff. And because of some previous events. And I also don't like to be challenged."

How cute. "Well, I appreciate the thought. Thanks." I smiled at his kind gesture.

"I'll be taking my leave now. Feel free to spend as much time as you want in here. I'll leave your towel and pajamas outside of the door." He lightly bowed his head and spun around. "Enjoy yourself."

I couldn't help calling out to him. "Josh?"

He turned his head. "Yes, Larissa?"

What was that for? Now what am I supposed to say? "T-Thank you, again."

He grinned. "My pleasure."

After getting in the jacuzzi, I couldn't help but feel like royalty. How long has it been since I last just sat down and relaxed? A very long time. Ultimately, my thoughts drifted to Josh. I wonder why he's doing all this... Well, that doesn't really matter. I'm just happy that he treats me like such a dear friend. And this place smells divine. I took a moment to feel the environment, but a new thought popped into my head uninvited. He called me cute. I squealed and sunk into the water. He called me cute! I sat up straight, surprised at myself. Knock it off, Larissa. It's just a word. A simple compliment. Like many others you've received. I sighed and let it be. But not for long. He carried me bridal style. And pretty effortlessly at that. Has he been working out lately? He probably has some nice abs. Wait, what?! What are you doing, Larissa?! Why are you thinking about his abs?! Just relax, girl! Let's think about Kim Soo Hyun, that'll be better. He's got a wonderful smile, and he can go from cute to hot in seconds. He's the most adorable thing when he plays with dogs. He can sing and act. And he's got some decent muscles. I blew some bubbles in the water. Josh also has a pretty smile... Sometimes he looks at me with these eyes, I almost think it's just my imagination... He's so fun to be around with, that's probably why Sweeney loves him... Wait, why am I comparing Josh to Kim Soo Hyun?! Why is Josh invading my thoughts again?! Kim Soo Hyun is a hundred times better! Josh always wakes up with a bed head, he's not a good cook, he cusses from time to time, he-- I grunted and splashed the water on my face. That is not the issue here. I need to calm down and just forget about this little incident. I'm probably overthinking his actions, that's all.
