Sorry I haven't updated in an eternity. I got a new phone around thanksgiving time last year and lost the password for my account but I finally got it the other day and I wanted to update again. So here's chapter 8 for you guys!!

Youngjae's POV

*Winter Time*

I've known JB about 3 months now and my feelings for him are really starting to grow. I never even felt this way about Kai. It's like, every time I see him I jut get these butterflies in my stomach, I can actually feel my heartbeat, and I get this lump in my throat that I don't know how to get rid of. It's insane.

I really want to ask JB to be mine, but what if he doesn't feel the same way? What if everything that happened with Kai happens again? I can't go through that again.

"Are you okay sunshine?" JB's voice knocked me out of my trance.

We're in JB's car going somewhere. I have no idea where though. JB just told me to get in his car and we'd go for a drive.

"Oh," I begin, "y-yeah. I'm okay."

"Are you sure?"

I'm silent for a moment trying to put the right words together.

He sets his hand on my thigh and looks at me for a brief second, "Youngjae, you know you can tell me anything. You don't really need to keep anything from me. You can trust me."

I swallowed the lump in my throat and begin to speak, "I really like you Jb. Like I really, truly like you. You probably don't feel the same way though."

Jb removes his hand from my leg and doesn't speak for the rest of the drive.

I run through what I said over and over again in my mind just stressing myself to the point I'm almost in tears.

I knew it. I fucking knew it. I knew I was gonna blow it. The exact same way I blew it with Kai.

I'm snapped out of my thoughts when Jb puts the car in park and start unbuckling both of our seatbelts.

We step out of the car and I'm looking at a tall, pretty dull building.

"What are we doing here?" I ask

"Just come on." He says and grabs my hand pulling me towards the building.

We walk in and head straight towards an elevator. We enter and Jb presses the '17' button, the highest floor.

I get more and more confused as each floor passes.

The doors open and we walk through a small hallway towards a set of sliding doors leading outside.

The doors open and I'm blown away by the sight.

It was a rooftop garden like the one at school. But so much more eccentric, and elaborate. Flowers in pots hanging from expensive looking wire, rows upon rows or flowers on carts and shelves, lights hanging almost everywhere you looks. It was like a movie set.

"Jb. How did you find this?" I ask in total awe.

"My mom used to work here when I was a kid. She started a little flower club and got a lot of her coworkers to bring flowers in and set them up and whatnot," he begins, "we came to visit her old friends a few days ago and saw how great it has grown. I remembered how we met in the schools rooftop garden and thought you'd like it."

I look back at him and just stare at him.

The lights glimmering in his eyes, his hands in in his pockets, the autumn wind messing up his auburn hair.

In that moment, I was truly happy.

"Jb." I whisper under my breath.

Jb walks closer and I can hear my heartbeat in my ears.

He's almost towering over me as he looks down at me and grabs my hands.

"Youngjae," he says, "I feel the exact same way."

I feel my cheeks heat up and tears in my eyes. I wrap my arms around his neck and cry.

"Thank you Jb. Thank you for not rejecting me. Thank you for not embarrassing me."

Jb let's go and grabs my face and looks in my eyes, "Choi Youngjae, will you please be my boyfriend?"

I smile the biggest smile I've ever smiled and excitedly nod my head not able to form any words.

Jb smiles and hugs me tighter than before.

"Let's take it slow though. Slow and easy." He whispered in my ear.

I nod in agreement. I like that.

Ahhhhhhh I feel this story is moving too fastttttt. Ugh. What do you guys think? Give me your thoughts and ideas and I'll definitely take them into consideration!!
