Lila's POV

This cannot be happening. The girl who cause Nolan all that pain last school year was Mary-Anne and Charlie's niece, why her of all people? The biggest question is, is why is she here with a baby bump? Did her and Nolan really take it to that level? There are so many questions racing through my mind right now standing in this room.

Nolan is standing beside me, frozen, he is gripping my hand for dear life like I'm supposed to clean up the mess he made. I look up at him with loving eyes and giving him the signal 'say something' so the awkwardness would recede from the room.

Harper makes her way over from the entryway to Nolan and gets dangerously close to him saying, "Well hello there Nolan, cat got your tongue?" He seems taken aback, her voice just pushed him as if it was a gust of wind. He lets go of my hand and says, "Harper, what are you doing here? Who's baby is this?" She laughs and places her hand on his chest, "Well babe, this is your daughter." We hear a loud thud from across the room, books and notes were covering the floor when we see Elsie run to the back bedroom. Allison is fuming and walks up to Harper, "Listen Harper, your not just going to show up and cause us to fall apart. We already have one evil person to deal with...but don't you dare come back into our lives and cause us to crumble. Especially Nolan. Harper stands there twirling her hair and looking at her nails as if she didn't just hear what came out of Allison's mouth. All she can muster up is, "Ha, whatever." Allison balls up her fists and Jordan, Kai, and I move towards her so she wouldn't hurt Harper since she is pregnant. As much as I would love to see Allison take a hit on Harper, I don't want her to hurt the baby, if it's even Nolan's.

Mary-Anne asked for a moment alone with Harper and we all pull Allison to the back bedroom where Elsie was crying. All six of us were crammed into that room and everyone starts talking at once.

Why is she here?
Is that your baby?
If she broke up with you, why is she flirting?
Why didn't you know about the baby before now?

But the last question is what set them apart from the rest.

Do you love her? Was asked by a very distraught Elsie from the corner. Nolan's eyes widened and rushed over to her pulling her into a hug and said, "Elsie, when I told you I love you, I meant it. Just because she's back with a child that's possibly mine, doesn't make me love you any less." We all gasp, tears form in my eyes because I knew that Nolan found a good one, he's totally in love. Allison has a small smirk playing on her face when I look at her with a questioning face and mouth, 'Why are smiling?' And she lets out a small chuckle and mouths back, 'Because she's better than Harper.' I let out a chuckle myself and everyone turns to me, Kai pulls me into him and they all are still watching me, I ask, "What?" Jordan pipes up with, "Why did you laugh, this is so not funny." God she sound like a teenager. I laugh again and say, "Because I'm happy for the two of you, I'm glad you found each other and fell in love."

Elsie looks at me with glassy eyes and almost whispers, "But she's so beautiful, look at me." Nolan snaps his head back down to her face and kisses her with all he's got. Allison coughs and says, "Okay love birds, knock it off, we get it." Nolan releases the kiss and whispers something in her ear making her blush. They are so cute.

Kai asks, "Guys, what are we going to do about Harper?" I look around waiting for someone to come up with a solution. Elsie spoke up and says, "Why don't we just kick her out?" Allison lets out a cackle, "Damn, I'm starting to warm up to you Elsie!" We all chuckle, but Nolan just stands sternly, "We can, she can stay in Mary-Anne and Charlie's camper and not let her come in unless it's an absolute emergency."

We all nod in agreement when Zara comes busting through the door. I step towards her when Kai pulls me back. I say deeply, "Kai let me go, I'm going to show Zara a little something that I've been holding in since y'all first kissed." Allison and Nolan snicker from the corner when Zara just looks down. Jordan asks, "Zara if you don't explain yourself right now, I will personally murder you." Zara shoots her a look and says, "Well look who grew a pair." Kai makes me stand behind him and tells her, "Zara, they know about the fake relationship, you can stop the tough girl act." She looks at him wide eyed and walks up to him, "You must of forgotten our little deal? Let me remind you." She grabs my arm and pulls me towards her with rage. Everyone in the room starts rushing towards us when I'm ripped away behind Nolan and Allison. They all say in unison, "She's pregnant!"

Zara is pacing back and forth, contemplating something. She says lowly, "I heard them talking to that girl in there, they were saying things I think Nolan needs to know." We all wait for her to say what he needed to know, Elsie shouts, "Well spit it out!" She looks at Nolan dead in the face and says, "They were talking to the girl saying how they know that it's not your kid because they did a paternity test before the infection spread. It's not yours, it's a guy named TJ." Everyone beside Zara and Elsie scoffs in annoyance. Elsie asks us, "Who's TJ?" I tell her, "Well basically, Nolan and Harper we're dating for about 4 months when he found out she had been cheating on him with the guy TJ for the entire time they were dating. It makes sense that it's TJ's" Elsie starts to tear up again when Nolan pulls her into another hug, she says in his chest, "Why would anyone cheat on you?" An aroma of 'Awwws' circulate the room and Zara just stands there rolling her eyes waiting for the love fest to be over.

She then turns her attention back to me, "So Lila, how does it feel to have your baby daddy back?" I laugh and walk from behind everyone to face her. I look her up and down and say, "It feels amazing, at least I can get Kai without threatening someone's life." Her eyes grow dark, but they change to sadness all of a sudden. She says, "In school, people made fun of me for being on the wrestling team, I liked boys in my grade, but they treated me like 'one of the guys.' I just wanted someone to look at me like you two look at each other." My body relaxes and I begin to realize why she's so guarded. It's because she hasn't experienced love yet, she has the looks and confidence, she just needs to change her attitude.

Harper opens the door and stand there with her arms across her chest. We all ask, "What?" She puts on a fake smile and says, "Well look at you Nolan, from far away you look hotter than up close, if that's possible." and adds her infamous wink. Elsie grips Nolan's arm, this is the first time I've actually seen her mad, it's quite funny to see her raging from behind her glasses. Harper brings her attention to Elsie and says with an attitude, "Aw, does the little nerd have an opinion or are you just going to stand there?"

Nolan steps forward and says, "Her name is Elsie, and she's my girlfriend. If you insult her, you insult me."
