DESTINED TOGETHER

Chapter 12

Baekhyun's POV

"I already warned you." My wolf said voice broken.

I weakly nod in my mind as I heard laughter around me.

I was engulf in a hug by my friends.

"Just-t let go of me please." I told them crying weakly.

"And that is Byun Baekhyun." Chanyeol finished his speech.

Letting them know that I was his mate.

"I, the Alpha of the Pack, Park Chanyeol, rejects Byun Baekhyun as my mate and luna of the pack."

My wolf howls for being rejected by his mate. I just shook my head in dismay because I felt I was a disappointment to him.

"I'm sorry, I am just a disappointment to you. If I was not your human, I'm sure your mate will not reject you." I told him in my mind feeling guilty for being his human.

After all, if I am not weak. My mate will not reject me for that.

"Don't say that please, you are not a disappointment. You are kind human that makes me happy. Even though we got rejected I'm always here for you. I don't care if he just rejected me, I already saw it coming."

"Don't worry, you are meant for greater things." My wolf added retreating at the back of my head whimpering.

I saw at my vision Chanyeol pulling Sandara closer to him. I look away, I can't take the pain anymore.

"Park Chanyeol! What did you do? Why did you did it?" His mom questions angrily.

"Mom, you know he is not worthy for the position. Just look at his body, he is weak. Not like Sandara, Sandara is the perfect figure for the position. Right?" Chanyeol asks the crowd.

You can hear the positive answers of the crowd.

"YOU! I DID NOT RAISE YOU LIKE THAT!!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED." Mrs. Park fumes in anger.

"But mo-" Sandara wanted to continue her sentence but was cut off by Mrs. Park.

"DON'T YOU DARE CALL ME MOM! I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOU IN MY FAMILY!!! ONLY BAEKHYUN WILL BE MY SON IN LAW. REMEMBER THAT YOU BITCH." Mrs. Park shouted to them making everyone who attended shiver from fear.

I can see Chanyeol wanted to say more but decided to not continue because he will be again shouted by his mom.

I just look down thanking Mrs. Park silently for getting rid of the attention from me.

"Honey, calm down please. This day should be a happy celebration. Let us talk about this later." Mr. Park comforted his wife seeing if she would relax.

"No. I'm going to leave right now. I don't want surround myself from people who thinks others are weak." She said staring at his son with anger in her eyes from what happened.

"Let's go Baekhyun." Mrs. Park grabbed me by the shoulders to help me from the ground.

She took my hand and led to the door. While my friends follow behind me to assure me they are always here for  me. I'm grateful for them.
