She looks up at me and says," You again?"

"Me again," I said, " and this is Mizore. Say hi." They both looked at each other and whispered greetings.

"There," I said, "now we all know one another." I looked at the both of them and sat next to Mizore.

"By the way," I said, "I never got your name." The girl from my pre-calc class just looked up at me.

"My name is Ceris, Ceris Muthen." she said barely above a whisper.

"Nice to finally know your name." I said. She just shrugged and continued writing down something into her notebook. I tried to lean over and see what she was writing and all I caught was a glimpse of an anime head before she covered it up.

"Mind you own business." she said.

"Sorry." I said a little agitated from her tone. The teacher continuer her lesson and I barely paid any attention what so ever. English was always my greatest subject so I never once worried. Until someone threw a notebook at me. The weird thing was it stopped centimeters from my face and hit the table. I jolted up to see Mizore flashing the guy from my pre-calc class, the asshole who told me I shouldn't be here, the most evil look I had ever seen and it somehow made her that much hotter.

"Who the fuck do you think you are Redge?" she yelled at the guy.

"You know her kind aren't welcome here Mizore, so why are you with her?" says Redge. My kind? What the hell is he talking about? I thought.

"So what?" says Mizore, "you think I care who she is a part of? No. I can tell she is different." She stands up and points toward me. I didn't know what to do so I just blushed at the crowd of onlookers. She started to say something else when the bell rang.

"Alright class," Mr. Grundy said, "remember the two chapters that need reading and don't forget to study for the test in four days. You two." He pointed at me and Mizore. "I need to see you immediately." Redge smirked and strolled off, "You, I will deal with later Redge." Redge stopped in his tracks and I swear I saw him shudder but he left before I could confirm it.

"Now," Grundy continued, "why was my class interrupted by new students?" He looked at the both of us expecting an answer.

Mizore spoke up first, "I'm actually not a new student Mr. Grundy, I've been here since freshman year." Grundy squinted through his glasses and shifted his petite frame.

"Ahh yes," he said " I do remember you. You were the really small girl who never spoke up yet always had the answer. My my you've changed over the summer." Mizore shifted uncomfortably as Mr. Grundy's gaze roamed her well-developed body, and I found myself doing the same. Then I silently scolded both me and Grundy for it.

"Okay," I said, "well if there is nothing more. We need to get to history so...." I started pulling her out of the room and we turned the corner I swear I heard him chuckle a little then start whistling some old-timely tune.

"So.. you went here before I got here?" I said after we got into class.

"Yep, and Mr. Grundy used to be my mothers boyfriend a long while back, but she broke up with him because if his temper," she said, " and other reasons..."
