° OWEN °
Dylan had brought me to his house after we finished up in Costa. We walked to his in silence as I didn't really know what to talk about. To be honest, I don't think he did either, his head was placed down as we walked. Although I didn't feel completely alone as I walked. Dylan's had was held tight in mine, squeezing it when a gust of wind blew over us. The warmth only from his hand was enough to make me feel warm inside. Apart of me liked the feelings I was having with him.
Logan doesn't deserve them.
When we entered his house I was amazed. His house was a slightly larger than mine but the people inside was what amazed me. He introduced me to his entire family which consisted of his little sister Ariel, his older brother Luke and his mother and father, Alice and Pete. They were extremely friendly with large warm smiles. I was shy obviously.
"So where did you guys meet?" I picked up my head to see Alice with a large smile.
"We actually met in college, we have the same class," I explained. "We sit next to each other too." Both Alice and Pete smiled as I told them.
"You seem like a lovely boy. How come you never brought him home before?" Dylan craned his neck to see his mother.
"You always bring home other boys but they're not like Owen." I felt my cheeks go warm."Mum, stop." He said quietly which made her and Luke laugh.
"She has a point bro, you always bring home some tosser." I pursed my lips together to stop myself from smiling.
"Really." Dylan started to look flustered.
"Your an ass.""Dylan language." His father scolded.
"What's an ass?" Ariel asked she was way younger than the rest of us, looked about six, but extremely cute. Her cheeks were a wash of pink and her hair in soft light brown ringlets.
"It's nothing sweety," Alice said as she glared at Dylan.
"Please watch your language, especially around your sister." Dylan placed his head down and nodded."Have you boys finished." I looked over to see Peter nodding at our plates. I looked down at my plate to see I didn't really touch anything, I couldn't stomach it, not because it was bad, because of earlier.
"Can we leave?" Dylan asked as he slowly raised his head.
"Sure." His mum said cheerfully.
Without hesitation, he grabbed my hand and dragged me from the chair and into his room. Again I was surprised, his room was a little bigger and had way more stuff than mine. The most impressive thing was that his room was clean, not to be rude, but he creates a lot of mess in class, and his room is spotless. Impressive.
He whipped himself around to me after I closed the door. On his face was a large smile and his eyes slightly glistened when the little light hit them.
"You ok?" I asked, my brows raised in confusion.
"Yep." He picked himself up on the balls of his feet.
"Your smiling." He wasn't wrong, my cheeks hurt from smiling, his family were massively funny. I liked his older brother Luke, he teased Dylan and told me things which Dylan did as a child. Stupid things.
"It's nice." I started to act all shy as he smiled.
