Facing my family was something that I didn't want to do. Not for Olivia, for mum, I'd stayed at Dylan's for the rest of the weekend. During that, she didn't once attempt to get in contact. I know I should have tried myself but I was frightened. I didn't like the feeling I was having, the feeling of being a disappointment, a feeling of breaking down.

I had to knock these thoughts away.

The car jolted as the wheels ran over a pothole in the road. That was enough to help kick the thoughts but deep down I knew they're still there. Dylan's dad had taken us in his car to college, Dylan and I sat in the back with Luke and his father in the front. I wasn't really paying attention to the conversation as I watched the passing trees and shrubs fly past.

It didn't take us long until we reached the familiar building of the college. Even though people in here wouldn't care if I was gay I just knew Olivia's friends would say something. They're not the nicest of people I know.

"Come on." I snapped my head up to see Dylan extending his hand out to me. I swallowed down and took a hold of his warm soft hand. His fingers laced with mine as he helped me out the car.

"Have fun you two." His dad joked I didn't think this day will be fun.

"Bye," Dylan said and I just waved. "Now let's go." I nodded my head and followed him into the building. We were earlier than normal so there weren't that many students here. Thankfully for me, Olivia and Logan weren't here yet, I kinda hope that they don't come in.

I didn't stop following Dylan until we ended our department, fine art, entering the classroom I was expecting it to be empty. Nope, wasn't full, but already had two occupants. Ben and Millie.

"Oh hey, you two." Ben snickered, Millie followed soon after. These were a few people which I didn't want to see.

Dylan leaned closer. "Just ignore them, they're nothing but petty people." He whispered, his hot breath beating against my skin. I just nodded my head.

Picking up a little courage I took a deep breath and walked over to our seats. Keeping my eyes away from the giggling pair I took my seat next to Dylan's. The seat was cold since the window at the back was open, I could feel the bitter punching at me when I walked in. If I didn't know any better I would have said the pair were vampires.

"Aw, please don't ignore me," Ben whined.   "I just want to talk." I couldn't see his face but I knew he had an evil smirk.

"Please, come on." Millie joined in on the whining. The sounds they were making were annoying and ear-grating.

I swallowed down again and my leg had begun to shake. I didn't know why I was doing this, either anger, maybe fear, properly fear. I'm weak, clearly showed from me running away from the situation. A warm feeling started to help bring my nerves down, slowly looking down, I saw Dylan's hand in mine under the desk. Occasionally he'll squeeze it whenever the pair of baboons giggled or made another comment.

This is going to be a long day.

The class now was full of life, laughing and loud speaking overshadowed the music that the lecture had put on. We didn't have a task today so it was a fill in your book day, something I needed to do badly. It was fine, although it wasn't, my book was still at home along with my art stuff, so I decided to continue with an old painting.

Little fits of giggles had caught my attention since I knew who they belonged to. From the corner of my eye, I saw Ben whispering something to Millie and Logan, all eyes were on me as he spoke. After the trio giggled, Millie's harsh and broad, Ben's soft and Logan's was just a chuckle. When he walked in he couldn't even look at me, once that door opened he placed his head down and walked over to his friends. Didn't bother me, well it did, seeing him made that pit in my stomach split open.

Great.

I shook my head and went back to my work, something which I didn't have the energy to do. The thought of splashing water in my face made me feel relieved that maybe it could work, I mean it does in the films. Asking to leave I picked myself up and left the boisterous room. Making it to the toilets was the quickest I've ever walked, maybe I ran, pushing the door open I inspected the room, no one, phew.

I walked over to the sinks and turned each tap for hot and cold water. Both will help. Taking a handful of warm water I splashed it up in my face... Didn't help. What a ridiculous thing to do. I took a paper towel from the dispenser half blind, I had water in my eyes, wiping away the water I throw the towel into the bin. At the time the towel hit the bottom the large blue wooden door sprang open. Looking up the familiar faces of Ben and Logan wondered in.

"Oh, look who's here." Ben's voice rattled in my ear. I rolled my eyes and picked myself up from the sinks. I shook my head and walked towards the door. A pair of strong hands pushed me back, once I made myself stable the hands belonged to Logan.

"You're not going anywhere." He said, I didn't know what he had planned but a part of me didn't want to know. My hands began to shake as the pair just stared at me.

"Logan would you like to do the honours," Ben said which Logan nodded to and took a step closer. "Don't panic little rabbit." Was the last thing I heard before I felt a hard bony fist hit my cheek.

I stumbled back from the sudden contact, the hell, Logan stood in front of me with his fists balled. I didn't like this new Logan. Picking me head back up I saw the same fist come at me again. This time my back hit one of the walls of the stalls.

"Shit dude, that was loud." Ben twisted his neck towards the door.

"Well go keep a lookout then," Logan ordered, his eyes just stayed on mine. "That's if you're not too scared." Ben just scoffed and left the room in a huff.

His eyes went a horrible dull brown, a colour I hadn't seen before, one which I wished I never saw. Stepping closer he grabbed a fist full of my top, which was Dylan's, again his fist hit my cheek. A harsh sting left after the last punch, along with the feeling of warm liquid running down. Looking back up to me he balled his fists and collided it with my stomach. Losing a little air I collapsed onto the floor as he let go of my top. Gasping for air he kneeled down in front of me. This time his eyes looked hurt.

"Why?" Was the only word he said before picking himself up and leaving through the blue door.

Yep, I hit a new low, beat up by my crush.

Wonderful.
