AJs POV
"It's ok they have gone now Di" I whispered into her ear. "Why would Emily say such a horrible thing I haven't done anything" Dianne said sobbing. "I don't know she's just not a nice person" I replied. "We only have art next and then the school days over and we sit at the back in art so you don't have to worry about anyone talking to you" I continued. "Thankyou AJ" she said looking up at me. "That's what best friends are for" I replied.

Diannes POV
Art went by really fast and before I knew it , it was time to go home. "Why don't you come back to my house for tea so we can talk about things" AJ said. "That would be lovely thanks AJ" I replied. We made our way to AJs laughing and joking all the way. When we got in his mum turned to me and said "Lovely to see you Dianne are you staying for tea darling?" . "If that's alright with you then I would love to" I replied. "Of course it's alright she said. Me and AJ were sat in the living room and he turned to me and said , "you need to text Joe". "Saying what?" I asked. "Ask him about what you two are gonna do for the project like if your gonna do it on your own or with him" AJ said.

Dianne and Joes Texts

Dianne~ Hey Joe what are we gonna do about the project then?

Joe~I really want to help , it was so much fun yesterday working with each other I thought we got on really well, didn't you feel the same?

Dianne~I did,I do,We got on really well but I just thought you would rather me do the project on my own since you would wanna hang round with your mates after school

Joe~I can see them any time, Can we please to do the project together?

Dianne~ Ok if that is what you really want

Joe~Thankyou, Also about what Emily said,you do belong here, you really do, Emily is just nasty, just ignore her x

Dianne~Ok thanks Joe x

Joe No problem,Even though it's a Saturday tomorrow do you want to come round mine to work on the project?x

Dianne~Yeah sure what time do you want me to come round?x

Diannes POV
"Thankyou for making me text him AJ, I don't know what I would do without you , your amazing" I said giving him a big hug. "Ah well someone has to keep you in line" he replied laughing. "Can I ask you something?" I said . "Yeah of course what is it" he replied. "Why are you so nice to me? No one else is" I said. "Because I care about you, your my my best friend" he said. "Why though, why do you care about me?" I asked him. "Because there's something about you that is so special , it breaks my heart to see you upset" he said back almost making me cry. "Awww AJ" I replied. "Your my only friend without you I would be lost" he said. "Aww I love you AJ" I said smiling at him obviously meaning it as friends and AJ knows that, we had discussed before we would never date. "I love you too Dianne" he replied as he hugged me so tight.
