Joes POV
The rest of the day went by quite quickly and I didn't have that many boring lessons.At the end of the day I walked out of school with Conor and Jack , "Bye boys , text you later" I shouted as they walked off. I saw Dianne waiting at the gate for me , "Did you get let out early or something schools only just ended ?" I said trying to make small talk. "Well I had dance so we got let straight out around 10 minutes before so we could get all of our stuff from the locker room" she replied. "Ah right makes sense" I said nodding. We walked about half way in silence. I didn't know what to say I had never spoke to Dianne before . She didn't hang round with the people that I did, she was always with that AJ kid . I thought they were boyfriend and Girlfriend. "So that kid you hand round with" I said looking at her . "Aj?" She asked with confusion on her face. "Yeah him, is he your boyfriend?" I replied . "What?! No he's just a friend" she said laughing . "Ah right" I said.

Diannes POV
Joe asked me if AJ was my boyfriend I was shocked did it really look like that, well I suppose we were always with each other . We got to Joes house and we went and sat down on the floor in his bedroom . I pulled out all the things we needed for the project. "So then tell me a bit about yourself Dianne because it feels weird working with someone I don't really know" he said looking straight at me . "Well as you know my name is Dianne and I have red hair" I laughed. "Yeah I got that" he laughed back. "I lived in Australia till I was 13 then I moved here for my dads job, I moved into the school and became friends with AJ , I don't really have any other friends, a bit sad I know but I kinda like just being friends with AJ no big arguments can really happen that way" I said.

Joes POV
"It's not sad I think it's kind of nice in a way" I replied. "Oh and I'm also a dancer" she added in quickly. "I know we sometimes have PE at the same times so I have seen you, you are really good" I said. "Aw Thankyou that is really kind" She replied. "I also love your accent it's cute" I stuttered. "Thankyou no one has told me thatbefore" she muttered. "Well I'm telling you it now" I laughed. I was suprised, Dianne was actually a really genuinely really nice person, all the girls that I hang out with are horrible,well they are the populars.

Diannes POV
"So then Joe tell me a bit about you" I said . "Well my names Joe I was born in Wiltshire and grew up here, I have a sister called Zoe who is in 6 form, My best friends are , Byron,Mikey,Jack,Conor,Josh,Oli and Caspar" he replied. "Yeah I know I see you round school with them quite a lot" I said. "Ah right" he said. "So What was it like growing up in Wiltshire then" I said. " Pretty nice actually, it's quite quiet so me and my mates could ride are bikes round quite a lot" he replied. "Sounds lovely" I said.
