As soon as im outside a strong wind hits making me shiver, I tightened the scarf around my neck and shoved my hands in my pockets. I crossed the street and started walking. I lived a block away from my school so I walk, Even through I don't have a choice since my Mom is always gone when I wake up.
I attend L. Waters High School just up the block. I really hate this fucking school, hell I hate this neighborhood it looks like shit and the people are no better. I really wish we could move. Its sad really.
I round the corner and the school comes into view. My hands begin to sweat and my heart starts pounding in my chest. Just breathe. I take a couple deep breathes my heart beats its regular pace. As I came closer I see people getting out of cars and talking with their friends. I walk crossed the parking lot and up the stairs into the building.
