I'm so, so sorry that it's been so long, but I am planning on coming back to this story very soon. It's just that the final chapter of BATIM made me a little unwilling to continue this story since I would have to contain all of that chapter (in Sammy's perspective) in this story and continue it from there. I will come back, I promise. I just need a little bit more time. I am in the middle of a creative funk too, if you all wanted another reason. I haven't abandoned this story, I just put it on an unexpected hiatus. I hope you all can forgive me for this.
