"Wake up! We're going to the beach with the others!" An extremely loud voice shouted right next to Swedens ear. It had scared the crap out of the tall man, because he had been sleeping just seconds before, but he didn't show that. "Good morning to you too, Denmark" Sweden replied sarcastically and stood up, his expression not changing one bit.
"By the way can you go wake up Finland? I need to go change into my swimming trunks!" Denmark asked while he started to walk towards the exit of the room. "Sure" The biggest nordic nation answered as he tried to ignore the butterflies that were forming in his stomach. The dane nodded and skipped out to the hallway.
A few minutes passed and Sweden had brushed his hair and washed his teeth. I guess I'll wake up Finland next. The tall man felt his heart start beating faster and faster as he headed towards Finlands room, and slowly knocked on the door. After a moment of silence Sweden tried to knock again, but still didn't receive an answer. I'm just going to have to barge in, I hope he doesn't mind.
The swede opened the door as quietly as he possibly could and stepped into the room. As he turned his head to look at the man sleeping on the bed in the middle of the room, his heart skipped a beat. Finlands hair looked messy, yet adorable. His mouth was slightly open and his eyes were tightly closed as he peacefully laid there. The mans arm was resting above his head on the white pillow and light blue pajamas and a blanket were covering most of his skin.
For a moment Sweden couldn't do anything else but stare, and admire the beauty of the smaller man, until he noticed something alarming. Wait.. what's that? There was something red on Finlands neck, and Sweden decided to walk closer to the bed to get a closer look. A scar? I need to ask him about this, but let's wake him up first.
"Hey" Sweden whispered, a couple meters away from Finlands bed. The man that he was trying to wake up didn't seem to flinch. The swede decided to step a little bit closer, and whispered a little louder. "Hey" Oh my god why isn't he waking up? What am I going to do?
The tall man was starting to panic a little, but he tried his best to keep it in. He did not want to yell in Finlands ear like Denmark had done to him, so the only way to wake him up was to touch him. Slowly Sweden reached to gently stroke Finlands left arm.
"Viis minuuttia vielä.... (five more minutes)" Finland muttered in Finnish and moved the arm that was resting on his pillow to poke Swedens hand, refusing to open his eyes. "Hei.. sullahan on aika iso käsi... (hey... you have a pretty big hand)" The small man stated after a moment of stroking Swedens palm. "Sorry to wake you up" The tall nation said with the softest voice he possibly could.
"Wait.. holy sheep hi Sweden!" Finland squeaked as he bounced up to sit on the bed. Are his cheeks red? This is the second time that I've thought that he was blushing.. but it can't be, right? "Good morning" The swede replied, trying to calm himself. The fact that Finland had touched his hand had turned his organs upside down and made his heart beat dangerously fast. "Denmark told me to wake you up, we're going to the beach" He continued.
"Oh okay, thanks for waking me up!" The small man answered and brushed the bangs covering his eyes behind his ear. I need to know what that scar is. It looks so big that I'm pretty sure it could've easily ended a life.
"By the way, what's that on your neck?" Sweden asked, and wondered how he never had noticed it before, since it didn't look new at all.
"O-oh this.. It's nothing, don't worry!" Finland replied, looking very shocked that someone had seen the scar. He tried to cover it up with his shirt but it was already too late.
"You can tell me. It doesn't look like it's nothing" The tall man reassured. I need to know who did this to him.
Finland took a deep breath, and closed his eyes for a moment. Then he finally answered. "Okay, I trust you. Promise that you won't tell anyone?" Sweden had never seen Finland this serious. His usually happy expression only showed fear, and it truly looked like bad memories we're flowing through his mind the very second.
"I promise" I would never betray you.
