Chapter 5: Worked till death do us part

King comes in the room. "What was that about. She looked pissed."

He just shakes his head. King flys over to Ban and hugs him. "What happened with Gartude?" King asks. Ban blushed remembering he kissed King. " I'm sorry, I got mad so I kissed you." He says.

King laughs, "I'm not mad you kissed me. I'm surprised you let him get in your head. I only have eyes for you Ban." King says. "But, you haven't roared yet," Ban says sexily.

King literally roars. It sounded like a 2-year-olds cute roar. Ban laughs, "You're too cute." Ban says as he holds Kings chin "I don't mean literally princess." He says. Ban pecks his lips softly for a tease.

"As soon as you figure out the riddle, I'm all yours, Princess. Cute try though." He said. Meliodas barges in, "Come on gu- I um... am I interrupting anything?" He asks. "No, what's up captain?" King says. "Ban can you go help the chefs in the kitchen for dinner?" He asks. Ban just nods. Ban leaves and King stares at him blankly.

"Did your "roar" work at all?" Meliodas asks. King shakes his head no. "I don't know what he wants me to do. Does he want strength? Love, power?" King asks while tearing up.

"I don't know King. Maybe just ask him." Meliodas says. "WHY WOULD I DO THAT!" King asks. "If you guys want to be in a relationship, you have to be able to talk to each other," Meliodas says.

King looks down. "If you need me, I have a date with Elizabeth," Meliodas says. "By date, you mean you're going to be a pervert and grope her butt and boobs," King says. "Yep!" He says.

King laughs, they both walk out into there rooms. A few minutes later Ban came in each room and told us to come to eat. When we got there, weren't alone. Charlotte and Gartude were with us. They had nameplates so we sat in a certain way. The head was Meliodas, to his right was Elizabeth, her right was Gartude, his right was king, then, Merlin, Escanor, Charlotte, Ban, then Gowther. They didn't want King and Ban next to each other.

We sat down, Ban and King caught note of this. "Ban whispered and asked Gowther to switch with King. "Okay Ban, King! Swap with me. I want to sir next to Merlin." Gowther says. Charlotte looks at Gartude fast. He was a bit shocked.

Gowther and King swapped places and looked at the two and smiled. We ate the food then went to bed. When we woke up we saw armor with letters on them. Each one was different but overall but the main idea is to put it on and come to the training area.

They all put on the uniform and headed to the training area. Charlotte, Gartude, and some other girl were standing there waiting for us to arrive. "Everyone I want to introduce Princess Ruby. She is my little sister, but she is the 2nd oldest princess. She is good at combat. She will train you all to work better as a team. Elizabeth, you will come with me so I can teach you how to heal even better than you can." Charlotte says.

Elizabeth, Hawk, and Charlotte walk little aways from the others. "Hi everyone! So as my sister Charlotte says, My name is Ruby. Today, we're going to do strength training and we're going to work your physical, mental, and power strength to its maximum. We might even pass that point. So, what do you guys want to start with, physical, mental, or powerful?" She says.

"I say let's go in that order," Meliodas says. "Okay Meliodas, Gartude can u please grab them some water and power flowers!" She says. He nods and runs really fast into the castle. "Wow, he went about 20 miles per hour," Escanor said.

"Well, it's 35.6 mph but whatever."
"Okay so, you see that racing track, it goes 4 miles. Go run it. I have camera's set and water stations. The only time you can stop is at the water stations. There every 1/2 of a mile. If you stop before then you'll get whipped. Now, get started." She says. "Oh and no flying."

They all walk over to the track and drink a little water before they start. Meliodas starts first very fast, then Merlin, Gowther, and then Escanor. They bolt super fast down the 4-mile track. But King and Ban started jogging next to reach others instead. They look like they're having a conversation.

When they hit the 1/2 point, everyone is there catching there breath. Ban and King stop and drink a cup of water and jogged a little faster nonstop. They were the first to hit a mile. They did the same thing over and over again. They went a little faster each time. But, they made sure they could still have a conversation.

When they hit the end. They were the first one's done. "Wow, no one was ever got the drill the first time, you guys did good time too," Ruby says. They smile. "Sit down here, and rest. I'll check on the others." She says.

They sit in the sun chairs with ice-cold lemonade and sit for an hour.
